This has got to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. Dom, the manager, was so professional and knowledgeable about my uhaul rental. He made the accommodations that I needed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. After being on hold with uhaul customer service for over an hour and being transferred 5+ times, only to get hung up on, Dom resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for uhaul rentals but I’m sure utilizing them for your storage needs would be just as great of an experience. 5 stars! I’d give them more if I could.
