I usually don’t leave highly negative reviews, but this usps was ran so terribly that i feel like i must. I came in on a Monday for a passport appointment. The lady running the desk was rude to me and couldn’t find my appointment. okay, my fault. then racially profiles me and thinks im part of some random asian family? Like we don’t look alike at all, idk what she’s on. I make a new appointment for Tuesday, come in 10 minutes early like they ask, no one’s at the desk. 20 minutes pass and finally someone asks me if i’m there for the passport desk, like duh? i tried calling them during that 20 minutes but the number leads to some random ai voice assistant that can’t understand my regular american accent? i’m writing the review here waiting for service still. highly disappointed, only came here for photo services but should’ve just done that in my own time and gone to the boulder usps. Avoid if you can, i’d drive further to go to a better usps

Ed at the front desk is the friendliest funniest postal employee I've encountered in years.

I keep putting my apartment address on my packages then it says insufficient address when we have a map in our apartment buildings telling you where each apartment is. They have done this to me to many times.

Ed, the lead, mansplained incorrect information to me about my passport application without listening to my request or my explanation. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Someone get this guy in check. No thanks to Ed, my passport arrived in the mail two weeks later. He had no idea what he was talking about and didn't care to let me explain.

Where else have you been trying to ship Christmas gifts at the post office and they hand out cookies?? They said “we can’t make the line go faster, but we do have cookies!”. They always go above and beyond.

This is the absolute pinnacle of postal service excellence, ESPECIALLY in the Boulder County area. Truly, on occasion when I consider moving elsewhere, I think about having to switch to a different "home" post office, and then I think better of it. They have the most pleasant staff. No matter who you work with you are provided thoughtful, efficient service and the post office is no longer a headache --- even when shipping overnight to get presents across the country by Xmas day. When our actual apartment mail boxes were compromised, Louisville Post Office and its staff provided reassurance and ensured its residents were taken care of and protected from any further risks or factors. Can't recommend coming here enough, especially if you are in Boulder proper. Worth the drive for the efficiency and quality of service.

They were, hands down, the most helpful service provider throughout being displaced by the Marshall Fire. They made everything easy, from setting up a PO Box, to forwarding mail back and forth between our PO Box and rebuilt house. They made everything so easy and they do it with a smile!

I had a very pleasant visit here applying for a passport. The gentleman running the counter was efficient, funny and generous enough to help folks out with copies when they don't nail the requirements for the application

It didn’t have anything that it said on the website and i was looking forward to my package and i can’t get it tomorrow either so i have to wait till monday to get it and i drove all the way over for it to have nothing that ist said on the website
