I absolutely LOVE Watermill and their family owned business! I was super excited watching it be built, and to be one of the first upon it opening. It’s rare to find a GOOD touchless car wash (that’s also new) that does a great job of cleaning the vehicles without it ever physically touching them! Had some small hiccups along the way (machines break), but their contract maintenance vendor (Comtec) (based in Arvada) has been there the next day if I’ve ever noticed a problem. I see the staff there on a regular basis, there’s never any massive chunks of dirt in the bay, and if there is, it’s cleaned up extensively and super quick.
I’ve referred 3 people to Watermill over the last 1-2 years (however long it’s been?) who all ended up getting memberships as well. This probably sounds like a paid ad, but it’s not. I promise. I don’t even know the owners names, but living in Superior and having this extremely close that is well maintained is worth me spending time writing a review, especially with how much I care for our fleet of vehicles.

It’s bad to waste water but this is a great car wash. I’ve washed some dogs here too. No guilt there. It’s great—Thinking about chaining some of my hippy friends to the trough.
The monthly subscription is a good deal that gives you options. I like that they don’t use brushes on my black car. The manual bays work and I tend to get lost in the sauce of the colorful foam. I think the wax left a film, but I’m not buffin. Vacuums could be better but I love that the shamp option comes with the subscription (it’s like 24/month.)
I wish I knew more about the soaps/ingredients I am blasting onto my step dog/hippy friends. I also wish that EV charger worked. I’ll be keeping my base monthly subscription for a while—it’s a better fit for me than the other option in the L burbs.

Clean and well maintained, however the self wash has lousy pressure when doing “high pressure rinse” my garden hose has better water pressure than what I experienced here. Could barely get off any surface mud.

More expensive than other washes, barely cleaned because the no touch wasn’t powerful enough to do much and no free vacuum like other places.

Nice concept, but they could really use some staff on hand. I waited ten minutes for the self-serve, which was fine, but I was very annoyed when I saw that the slot that took quarters was literally jammed full and could not be used (second bay). I had to use a card. It preauthorized $20, and then did not give me a receipt. For that, you have to go around back to the change station. There, the receipt won’t print because of a paper jam. This felt sketchy. I did a simple wash which should only run me $2.75, but I was frustrated that I couldn’t use quarters or obtain a receipt. Not sure if I’ll be back. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
Edit: increased review to 4 stars (from 3). I received my bill and felt that the charge was appropriate and competitive. I’ll be back. That said, I hope they fix some of their mechanical issues.

We have a 36 ft rv. 12ft high. Fit beautifully. Lovely car wash. Took my grand dog there today to the pet wash. Really nice. I was impressed and I am a retired groomer. Highly recommend.

Horrible
10.75 to spray use brush and rinse my car. It’s like they have soap in the rinse cycle so you have to use longer to get car rinsed.
Most expensive do it yourself car wash I’ve ever been to.
