Good place, good service

Deposited $1,000 in cash into my savings. The atm outside was broken so I went inside and deposited with a bank teller. The bank telling tried to sell me on some interest thing, I guess he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. Later on I got a voicemail from Wells Fargo branch that they wanted to confirm something. I check my account and not only did they not deposit the money but now $1000 is missing from my account and there is no deposit. $2,000 total from my account is just gone. They took my money. I’m not rich, I work three jobs. This isn’t little to me.

Every time I come to this Wellsfargo it’s a bad experience. The past 2 experiences were dealing with long lines and having a careless service. I literally had to walk out and go to another bank. My recent experience is depositing cash at the ATM. I deposited cash but it didn’t accept all the bills I deposited and then froze. I never received the bills it didn’t deposit into my account because it froze and all the bankers could do is tell me to call a number. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for this claim for my money I needed NOW to pay bills and they were so careless. Careless about paying late fees that come with late payments for bills or any problems around this problem. They couldn’t give me the money back in cash or put it into my account now. So now I’m short on money to pay my bills. The staff was very unhelpful and inconsiderate of my situation and pretty much said I’m S**t out of luck. It’s very frustrating when you leave a bank with less money than you put into you account all due to their flakey systems and machines. I wouldn’t trust this branch. And maybe Wells Fargo all together at this point.

This Wells Fargo is close to my house, I come here often. Either the line is out the door or they are closed, they rarely follow posted hours online. Their ATM is terrible if you are depositing cash. It miss counts and almost eats your cash every time. Do not put cash in this atm!

I bank with Wells Fargo because it is convenient. This branch is located less than a mile from my house, so it is really the only one I visit. Luckily I can do most of what I need online, because I would say more than 50% of the interactions I have had at or with this particular branch have been frustrating. From not following posted hours to not answering the phone, to not being able to assist with basic functions, it can be very frustrating to bank here. The convenience keeps me here, but the interactions at this branch have me very close to no longer banking with Wells Fargo period.

I've been a Wells Fargo banking customer for about 8 years (and have had their VISA credit card much longer), and I have always gotten good service online, by mail, and by telephone. This is my local branch and I've always gotten good service here too. Most commonly I drive through the ATM, but occasionally I'll use the drive-up windows or come inside. In-person service here has always been friendliy and efficient, and lines are usually short or none. One gotcha with Wells Fargo is that if you need anything unusual (that the teller can't provide), like opening an account or wiring money, you need to make an appointment to see a banker. Happily this is easy to do online. This is a tiny branch and they don't offer all services. For more unusual items, like Medallion signature guarantees or foreign currency purchases, I have to go to the Garden Center (Midway) branch in Broomfield. I've always gotten good service there too.
