El Monte were the best !
We love early mornings so we were on the road really early on the days to transit between parks.
USa the beautiful park pass was essential.

I would give our experience 5 stars except that the camper smelled unbearably like fabulosa cleaning chemicals when we picked it up and it never went away. Otherwise, great customer service and easy pickup/drop off!

Showed up on Pick-Up Day and was there for 2.5hrs dealing with a generator / spark plug issue... made our day longer then it should have been. RV Floor was not cleaned and black water tank not fully emptied. Other then those issues, friendly associates nice RV and fun trip
