Q is no service in customer service. They are raising my rent after being there less than a year. I can't move to a larger unit that would be the same price as my new rent would be and get the same deals as a new customer. This place is nice and secure. But they don't have anyone on the phone that can help when you have real issues.

This place is a dump, don't let the photos fool you? My unit was so dirty, I brought my own blower to clean it out. The doors fall off the track anyone can break into them at any time. It's supposed to be locked but one gate that you shouldn't have access to is left open quite often. It's almost impossible to get in and out of it because at one end there's always a truck blocking the end and the other end where you need to turn when backing out is always full of stuff.. I'm glad to be out of there that's for sure. Wouldn't recommend if you want a secure place for your items.
