I absolutely love their app and point system now I have not had to pay for a drink, nor snack in like 3 months it's awesome LOL definitely give the app a try especially if you have hunger pains, or a snack craving that hits once in awhile you will not be let down

If I didn't have to drive another 10 minutes after work to get to a 711 that's 3 minutes from my house, I wouldn't go to this location. Some employees here are good and there are some like tonight where there's an employee of the clock drunk and rambling nonsense while the other employee, small girl, just finds it funny. There's plenty other employees who are under the influence of something and that's the night workers and over night workers. The one dude should seriously take a bath or put some deodorant on. Wish I paid attention to name tags. Disgraceful work ethic. Turns off customers. If other gas stations were open later around this location, I bet they would go to those places. I would. Get off work to grab something and I gotta deal with that kind of customer service after working all day in the food industry. Fantastic.

Best customer service in Loveland! Sophia and Katie gave excellent service showing positive concern and professional responses. I greatly appreciate them both and the store in general but I would recommend the store to anyone especially for friendly, fast, fantastic service from great individuals like Katie and Sophia!

I walk in and this black lady is playing a weird LOUD podcast. She’s stocking products and I’m waiting at the counter for a bit. Annoying. She doesn’t hand me back my ID. Rude. Then asks if I talk or not. Weird as hell. Not going back to this location. Do better and pay better cuz I know they acting like this cuz of your low wages.
