I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had working with Brooke Christopher. She was very attentive throughout the entire process and always available to answer questions or address concerns I had regarding my mortgage and interest rates. We had pleasure of working with Brooke Christopher & her team and she was absolutely amazing. Brooke was AMAZING through the entire homebuying and lending experience. She was available at any time for all our questions and was able to explain everything in detail and in a way that made us feel comfortable and at ease!When we encountered an issue with our insurance policy (zero fault of Brooke or her team) on the morning of our closing, Brooke was on top of every detail and coordinated everything so that we were able to close without a problem by 2:00 that day!We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brooke and her team to everyone!

My wife and I were recently navigating the difficulties of buying and selling a home a thousand miles apart. My real estate agent recommended I call Brooke regarding obtaining a loan, and I am so glad I did. Brooke took my phone call on a Sunday despite being at a family event to answer several of my questions. She then had my loan application reviewed and accepted within 24 hours. She was so friendly and professional throughout the entire process which made it feel like I was dealing with a friend. There were several speed bumps during the closing process and the entire 8z team navigated them flawlessly, taking pressure off of my plate and allowing me to focus on other things knowing I was in good hands. I will always be grateful to this company and their wonderful staff for the high level of service they provided.

Brooke Christopher at 8Z Mortgage is one of the kindest, proficient, hard-working, knowledgeable lenders I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have closed on many homes and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To top it off, she is a real person; she is a human who truly cares about her clientele and she is simply a gem.
