We were on a camping trip and realized two of the tires on our motorhome needed replacement on a Friday afternoon. Hector and his team evaluated what we needed, had in stock what we needed, and even aligned our tires. Great customer service. Very grateful for their willingness help out some weary travelers.

The best for great tires and alignment. They do it all from cars ,pickups ,trailers to semi . The only honest shop around . If you have taken your car / truck or semi to any other shop and received an expensive repair quote please bring it here for the honest report . Most people I refer say other shops estate 1500or more . They come here 150 alignment it the bill .

To be clear the issue began when it was Integrity Tire which apparently went under and was bought by EAS recently. Found this out when I went to warranty a tire, only to find out Integrity never added road hazard, despite telling me they had and the replacement round be a non issue.
Went in to see what they could do on the replacement tire, which turned into my willing to buy a new set, which would be about $2k. Asked if they were willing to discount anything for the mess caused by the former shop they took over. Which they were not willing to budge on anything which was a shock. As a business owner for more than a decade, I would have discounted something, even a break on install to make a sale and gain a customer. Plus the benefit of increased positive word of mouth.
Given the experience, I will remain a Discount Tire customer as their customer service is exceptional. The staff was friendly but that was the extent of the positives I can say for my first and now only experience with them.

Never go here. They cannot even swap out tires without breaking your tire pressure sensors, setting off 4 dash board lights (including the check engine light), and not torturing down the lug nuts properly so that you wreck your wheel, not to mention thats freakin dangerous. This is the worse place I have ever been to. If they can't handle a little corolla, I don't know what they can handle.

I went to this store this morning to get my tire repaired and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I was 100% satisfied with the work and what surprised me the most was their kindness and how they make you feel at home. AN EXCELLENT store to repair or change your tires.

Had a flat tire. Took it to the dealer (Subaru). The dealer said I needed to replace the tire ( couldn't sell me more than one since the car only had 900 miles on it) but would have to order it. So I went home and called A&E Tire just to see if the tire was in stock. It wasn't but they asked why I thought I needed a new tire. I said because the dealer said I did.
Anyway, I ended up bringing the flat to their shop and surprise! The tire could be fixed and I didn't need a new one!
The honesty of a car place to a female was amazing (IYKYK).
Trustworthy and friendly. Will go back when I REALLY need new tires.

Had a truck down near Fort Collins at 8:30 am. Needed a tire replaced fast to make an important delivery. After calling 4 other tire repair places in the area and either being told they could not help today or their lead time was hours later, A & E answered the phone. Their service rep was SUPER professional and helpful. Dispatched a truck almost immediately, and had my driver back on the road by 11:15am. Thank you so much for being there for us today!
