Love this place it’s perfect for getting your car diagnostic, getting it fixed, painted, battery replace and suspension. been going here for a while now with my wife and it’s perfect for when she messed up her car 😂 (almost every week haha) and they have great customer service!

Absolutely fantastic. Repairs were finished early. After two weeks of regular driving everything seems to be in order. Matthew was amazing and we were updated daily on the progress of the vehicle and any issues/concerns. If we ever have any other issues then this will be where we go to. I genuinely don’t have any complaints and highly recommend. Customer service was surprisingly great since I can’t recall any other time I’ve had work done and I wasn’t constantly being upsold something unnecessary

Aside from doing an excellent repair job on our brand new car we loved how we were kept informed of the progress each day. I had a timeline I was hoping they could make happen and Haley was able to give us our car in time. Friendly, courteous service. We will certainly use them again.

I had a very good experience with Caliber Collision when it came to repairing damage to my vehicle. Starting with the estimate and continuing through until the final repairs, I was kept informed of everything pertinent to what needed to be done. The estimate was very thorough and quick and Caliber Collision was always on point in terms of getting the vehicle repaired and returned to me in a timely manner (they even delivered the completed vehicle to my home! I mean, who does THAT anymore?!)
The support staff and repair experts made me feel important and always kept me informed during the entire process. I would recommend CALIBER COLLISION to anyone in need of their services!

I was in an accident that was not my fault on January 17th. After several months of conversations with multiple insurance agents and 3 different Caliber locations, I finally made my way to Haley Lewis at the Loveland caliber. She expressed great concern and empathy over the situation with my car and how long it took me to get the repairs started. By the time she helped me, I had the car back within two weeks. She emailed me everyday with updates and was very attentive to detail. I am so appreciative for the team here at Caliber and how well they took care of me and my car. A HUGE thank you to Haley for all the help, I will definitely be going to this location for any future troubles I have. They not only repaired my car to almost a point of being brand new, but also paid to have the interior detailed. I was so impressed and so grateful!!!
