All the bad reviews are from people that were probably being a little scetchy. I thought everyone was very nice and professional and the whole experience was very easy.

Let's be honest - peeing in a cup is never fun. But Alice is so lovely and exemplary at her job! I really enjoyed talking with her and she made me laugh a lot during something nobody likes doing. Appreciate you and your work, Alice! Thank you for creating a comforting environment!

The service was fast, they got me in almost immediately and the lady working when I went was very kind, considerate and professional. 10/10 would recommend
