The store is always neat and clean can find things easily. Ace hardware is a little pricey no matter how you look at it, but when you can't find that one certain piece of hardware, they're always there and they always have it and they always know where it is. This time I was able to buy some totes on sale ahead of time as they were all out and when they came in they called me promptly. Lots of good customer service.
