THANK YOU Q! I had a tough return of a phone I ordered online.Turned out to be the wrong phone for me > After I started my data transfer, the new phone noted didn't have enough memory! Since I was mid process, I decided to take it to a store, (which of course I should have done in the beginning of the upgrade process). THIS was/is the RIGHT store! This man would not stop until getting me the right phone! Many thanks, again, "Q" from a long-time AT&T customer!
