Service at the sky pond location was amazing. Found a lot of the issues and took care of them. Now the one across the street by Scheels. Worst customer service ever. Wrong package wrong prices and when we go in to ask why acted like we are stupid and shouldn't have the phone. Thx again sky pond great fix

Mychelle was very helpful even when other employees didn’t seem to care and take care of our needs. Mychelle has exceeded my expectations we came in for a couple Apple Watches and she explained everything thoroughly and helped us decide on what would work the best for us. Good job mychelle we will definitely be back to do business with you.

We knew exactly which phone we wanted to order, and the only employee in an empty store wanted to sell us something different. We had researched and knew the deal/price, and she argued it wasn't true. Drove 4 minutes to the next ATT store, and got exactly what we wanted, right away.

After several times online with AT&T to add my Apple Watch cellular service to my phone I went to the store. I can't remember the guys name what is the tall skinny redhead guy and he was awesome. He helped us out, got the watch connected to the phone and out the door within 10 minutes. Thank you so much.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. My wife and I walked in hoping to upgrade our phones and left within minutes because the employee didn’t care to help us. I visited another store in Fort Collins earlier that day and made sure that we could take advantage of the iPhone 14 promo with our current plan and trade in. However, the employee at this store told me our phones weren’t new enough and didn’t even bother to look up our current plan. It appeared that they just seemed like they wanted to go home and not actually help us. So we decided to go to another store and as we were pulling out, we discovered that the employee also left as they followed behind us. All that to say, our assumption appeared correct and that the employee cared more about going home than actually helping us. Thankfully we were able to go to another store and actually be helped but I will not be visiting this store again.

Found a trade-in deal that I wanted to do and came in only to find out it was an "online only" offer. Brycen and Garret helped me get the deal anyway and stacked it with an in-store deal. I left with lower bill monthly bill and a new phone.

I’m giving one star because that’s the only way I can leave a review. This particular AT&T store doesn’t deserve a star. Terrible service by most employees, especially the former manager, Sarah. Sarah likes to promise credits to customer in order to get them to switch from other carriers. Sarah isn’t allowed to do that which is more than likely why she is no longer employed with AT&T. First two months of bills are $200+ more than what it should be. The regional manager doesn’t seem to care much to rectify issues that customers have. I’d recommend avoiding this store and sticking with another carrier. Verizon I miss you!
