“I just purchased a brand new 2024 VW Atlas. A couple of months later, a damaged the right front fender and bumper while backing out of the garage (it is a tight fit for this big SUV). I was sick about it. My insurance company works with Caliber, so I went there and said it's a new car I want the damaged parts replaced. They said they can repair the damage, and it will look as good as new. Less than a week later I picked up the Atlas and I was pleased to see the car looked as good as new. It was impossible to tell the card was damaged. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any unfortunate accidents you have with your car.”

“I've had 2 Minis and appreciate the care from the dealership, but there was a hiccup at my most recent service call. I'd had requested a loaner car when I made the appointment and was told there would be one. When I arrived I was told there was not one, so I had to change my plans. It would have been better service to have let me know ahead of time - or even better..make sure there was one. They were quick on the service work however, so it wasn't too inconvenient.”
“Steve has been nothing but exceptional to deal with, we had some confusion at the beginning of the project but Steve was a man of his word and honored what he said. After taking my truck to a shop to do some custom work and it not matching the paint, color and quality I was looking for, I was referred to Kar Kare. The attention to detail is phenomenal, Steve and his painter were able to distinguish color variations in the paint that I couldn't see. Together they will be getting my truck in show ready conditions to prepare it for it's next stage in the build. Attached is a photo of the before, where you can clearly see the color difference.”

“I visited at 5:30pm on Friday for a battery in my daughter’s Ford Fusion. Trinton , sp? at the counter took the time to make sure it was the correct battery then replaced it for me. He was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Business wasn’t slow but nobody was unattended. I was in and out in about twenty minutes total which is great since all I did was pop the hood, pay and start the car.”
“I’ve had to bring a car to Gerber three times over the last five years due to an accident not of my own fault. Dealing with someone else’s insurance, the chaos around dropping off and picking up a car, and the general inconvenience of an accident is brutal.
Gerber helps rip the bandaid off with the least amount of pain. They work directly with the insurance company, arrange rental cars with rides to and from the rental facility, and give daily updates on the repair status.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. You get that small business feel that does business with honesty and integrity. I’ve always felt they do business with full transparency. They don’t tell you what you want to hear. They tell you what you need to hear, even if it’s not ideal.
I have NEVER had any issues with repairs this shop does. I’ve had full hatchbacks replaced, fresh paint, and aftermarket modifications removed/re-installed with absolutely zero issues. No flaky paint. No improper installs. No false advertisement. And you’ll get your car back vacuumed and bathed.

“Over the past month, I’ve been contemplating a significant turbo project for my Audi. I was already somewhat familiar with SCR because they had performed a couple of software upgrades for my son’s car in the past. I reached out to them with my ideas, and they were more than happy to oblige.
I also contacted other tuner companies in the area to get quotes, and they were all comparable to SCR. While SCR was the cheapest, I didn’t want to say that because, in the automotive industry, “cheapest” often doesn’t equate to “best.” However, in this case, it was the case. So, I decided to go with SCR.
A week later, we finally received the call to come pick up the car. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, Mark. He was a really cool guy. I spent about 15 minutes chatting with him about all things Audi and Porsche, and he was more than happy to share any information I might find useful. If you have a BMW, Audi, or Porsche, or anything that goes fast, SCR is the only place to take it.
I also wanted to thank Gary for his help in deciphering what we were trying to do with the car. We changed the type of turbo we wanted to use on him about three different times. Plus the endless calls after you received our car.
FYI- The turbo sounds amazing and the car drives like a uncaged monster now. And no codes….. for now ?”
“I bought a remand engine and after 15 miles the #3 cylinder was damaged. Faith and Missy really stepped up and did everything to help me get fixed up and solve the issue. They got me a new engine and replaced the fluids I used for the reinstall for the new engine.. its nice to see some parts stores that are willing to help and super nice to see strong independent woman making a mark in what was known as a man's industrie.”
