Ordered pads and front rotors online at 6am, order wasn't ready when I went to pick up at noon. Cashier picked rear rotors of which there was only one in stock! (found out from my mechanic mid job and ended up paying twice the price for his parts)Cashier then sent me across town to pick up the 2nd incorrect rotor. Upon returning said rotors at the N Garfield store, I was told that my refund would appear the same day! It did not! Upon calling the manager at the N Garfield store I was informed that this employee was a driver and misinformed me. Complete lack of understanding and blaming employees instead of taking responsibility for a circus show of a situation. Having Been a loyal Autozone customer for years, I think I may ADVANCE to another auto parts supplier.

Usually get amazing customer with the day shift but tonight’s two person crew (1/8/25) turned there service down when I needed help with something that would take 1 min and they said they couldn’t help because “they close in 5 mins and they need to do there end of day tasks”.
As the guy and lady were just standing there chatting it up no doing there tasks… 🧐
Thanks for nothing guys…. Needed to plug a reader in to see what the maintenance light was for on in my car.

Came in close to closing with a car issue and the staff immediately helped me and were very welcoming and understanding. With a little creativity we were able to quickly resolve the car issues and I made it home safely. Thank you all!

I came in with a dead battery and the employee was super helpful in helping me to get someone that could help me replace the old battery. Great customer service!!!
