“I had started my account with them about the time covid started. But had forgotten about it and had done nothing with it at all. And true to their commercials they never once tried to shut me down or scream for some kind of payment. When I realized that I had neglected that account so badly I went in to straighten out my assumed mess. They were all very friendly and helped me through everything and now I have 2 accounts in good standing and have discovered that there are still a couple of places that stick to their word and do what's right. If I was looking for a place to roost bank wise ENT would be my choice like they say act like you own the place.”

“Great bank with AMAZING people! My father suffers from Alzheimer's but still takes great pride in the fact that he can go to the bank. Unfortunately his capacity does not allow him to know what he is doing most of the time but the staff at this bank helps him out greatly and even communicates to me when he is having difficulties. Can't express enough how much I appreciate these people.”
“We have been using this bank for several years now and they have always treated us right so I wanted to take the time to write them a review, and in particular, our personal banker Mitsuki (Mitske) Ha at the Loveland, CO branch at 1450 Boyd Lake Ave. Mitskie has never let us down--she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us. recently I was struggling trying to do something online, and for 4+ times without success. I (finally) made 1 call to Mitskie and she fixed the problem--why I didn't call her before I don't know but I won't make that mistake again. We have a large bank where we have other accounts but everything is online. We set up at FNBO for a local bank with local customer service for those times you need such. I have been VERY pleased. I highly recommend FNBO and in particular Mitskie Ha as a personal banker--she truly is awesome in a world where customer service is a dwindling fact.”

During last merger we had to change account numbers on one account- they worked through all the possible issues and transition was very smooth. I look at the negative reviews and have to believe that they are written by non-members (the 3% check cashing fee), or members who have difficulty with their accounts due to their own issues and want to blame a bank. Some just don't understand a process or procedure, they just need to ask.This is the best bank (credit union) I have known.”
