Barnes & Noble in Loveland is a great place to shop, offering a tremendous staff with exemplary customer service. The staff are quiet spoken, highly intelligent, and know exactly where to guide customers, demonstrating care, concern, and expedient service consistently. This location is a big one with a very good board game section, offering much more selection than other locations. Beyond their impressive selection of books, they also boast a fantastic array of office supplies and a fun collection of pop culture collectibles. The customer service is great, and the staff are excited and knowledgeable, offering recommendations. The big layout of the store provides a large variety of books and other gift type stuff. The Starbucks cafe is also a good size. The staff is great, and the kids section is extraordinary with an amazing set up with play and dress up.

Great selection at this location. I could easily spend an hour just browsing for my next read. Helpful staff if you’re open to suggestions. Good location and easy access for parking.
