When I visited this store mid December there were several headphones not in the correct spot. When I asked about the price the Manager was rude and cocky. I took a pic and emailed the district manager. I have not received anything I even followed up with another email. The display for several headphones didn’t even work really sad.

Typical Best Buy store with a lot of gadgets to choose from. I know this is a first world problem but sharing my experience. Purchased an item that was listed in the shelf in bild letters that it was in stock. Arrive to the counter with the ticket to pay for and receive the merchandise to be told by the sales clerk that there were none in stock but that it was for sure available on 5 January and would be shipped to our address at no charge. Well guess what happened on the 5th of January? A message is sent saying that unfortunately they will now not be able to deliver until 10 January.Again, this is a first world problem but at the same time the retailer is a national brand name store that should be more honest with their customers. This all goes to greediness and not wanting to lose a sale because we could have gone elsewhere and already have the item in hand.Disappointed in a brand name that I have always trusted to this point but post covid there is a universal reduction in customer service ? but likewise a lack of decent customers but a new sign of our times maybe? Hoping that I will not be delayed again but will adjust my review if warranted.

We went there to look for some new oh snap popsockets that their website said they had and they literally have nothing, and they used to carry a ton of Android accessories but it looks like they've switched everything over to iPhone now.

what a disappointing experience. I purchased some PS5 games for my son for Christmas and did not know he did not have a dvd drive in his console. When I picked them up, my daughter told me this but the employees said it was okay because there would be codes in with the disc. Now I have returned twice to return them and the staff is unable to help, because we opened them, looking for the codes. What a very disappointing experience and will be the last time I ever shop at best buy.

Not this store just Bestbuy as a whole. Make sure you read the fine print. Went in the other day to get a battery pack it was about 100.00. I asked if they price match? They said yes. So I show them the one I found on Amazon that was 80. And the cashier said they couldn't price match. I asked why he said yes Amazon is selling it but since it was not being shipped through amazon they wouldn't honor it. And I'm sure corporate wonders why there loosing business. Well Here is another prime example. Needless to say because of this I guess I will stick with giving my money to amazon.Maybe Bestbuy will figure it out before they go bankrupt.

In store for 30 min could not get anyone to help with getting computer. Several employees looked at me and just walked away only one to say anything was as I was walking out the door and they were not that busy

Worst Best Buy I’ve been to. I had my ps5 for a few months and I’m a plus member and my ps5 won’t turn on and they said they can’t do nothing because I didn’t buy geek squad protection this ps5 was barely used and not a scratch on it if that’s how you treat people who have spent thousands and did a membership with you then you lost my business

I love this Best Buy. The staff has always been very helpful, honest, and available to help when I need it. This store has a great selection of products, and I love how they price match. Location is good, and the store has always been clean and well organized.

These employees are rude and extremely unprofessional. We had a tv and a sound bar to pick up and they wouldn’t let us walk out with a cart to our car. They made us wait for someone to help and then no one helped us for 10 mins. Finally we had to just pull our car to the front and walk it out ourselves because the manager at the front wouldn’t help us. She was really rude.

BEST BUY ADDS FEES TO SALESAND they refused to honor a price match.This store added $4.50 in fees to my purchase. See the attached photo of my receipt. I was very very disappointed to see this after I got home. I was not told by the associate that I would be charged a fee. I suspect if I had made my purchase online I would not have been charged this fee. The associate claimed the fees were because of the town they were in but a “Retail Sales” fee?? Give me a break, I believe this is Best Buy trying to get more money because you are visiting their store rather than going on line.I discovered the fees because I saw that a Sony sound bar I bought was reduced in price from when I bought it at Best Buy. When I showed my receipt and the Sony web site with the reduced price the associate told me that they do not honor reduced prices on manufactures web sites. Give me a break!!! You say you will price match but because it is the manufacture’s web site you won’t?? So I returned the item and bought it off the manufacture’s web site. Best Buy needs to think these things through. They won’t price match but have to accept a return. If the return is an open box that ends up costing them a sale and money. Seems they would want to make their customers happy rather than make them angry and loose money at the same time. I know that Best Buy has lost me as a customer.I appreciate that Best Buy replied to my review. I have shopped at Best Buy for probably 15 years and always thought they would do a fair price match if I brought it to their attention. From the reply I now see that they won’t price match at all during one of the time periods when we are likely to see the deepest cuts as described in their response to this review. It looks like our only option is to return an item that gets cut during its return period and purchase it from the vender that has the lower price the way I did with the sound bar I purchased.One other note for the responder, the store I was charged the fees at is listed at the top of my receipt in the photo I posted.
