Jenn is amazing. Cheyenne office kept telling me nothing *Could be done for me on a particular matter, so I went to my closest branch office, which should be Loveland and Jen went out of her way fought for me and really helped me more than I can say. Don’t lose this one. She’s the reason this bank is a good bank.

I tried to open an account with Blue. After initially signing up, I was supposed to talked with a rep to finish up in order to finalize and open my account. The rep, chose a time out of the air instead of asking me what works for me. Then when I said the time she threw out there didn't work, she just tried to do things through email. I had questions and would rather speak to someone then try to type them all. Again she did not ask when was good for me. Then when I told her the next day would be good because it was my day off, she finally asked what time worked. I emailed back with a time and didn't get an email back confirming or denying that time. I waited around my phone for a bit just in case, when there was no call I moved on with my day off chores. Sometime later they called, but I was running around and missed the call because I wasn't expecting it. Then they didn't follow up after calling and missing me until the next day. I told them the same day the next week would be good because it's my only weekday off. She told me she would be out of town that next week and that someone else would call. It shouldn't take two weeks to open an account. I decided to go somewhere else where I was able to sign up without having to talk to someone and then able to transfer money from my old credit union to finalize opening the account. This is horrible customer service to start out.

Received great customer service at Blue FCU in Loveland. Everyone is always kind and meets my needs as a member. I recommend this location if you are looking for a new credit union.

Had to deal with Ben multiple times for a couple transactions. He is very inexperienced for his position and lacks customer service skills. I hope he learns from his mistakes and can improve on his service in the future. He’s a nice guy but cost me a few hours of my time to get a simple transaction completed.

I got a loan for a used SXS/OHV and the staff at the Sculptor Drive location were absolutely great. I mainly worked with Ben Vogel who helped me all throughout the process and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service I received!

The credit union has been great for me and to have a branch in Loveland, CO. That I can enjoy for all my financial needs is great. Went in to make a car payment and they waived my late fee. I would recommend stopping by.

Blue Federal has always been a go to place for me and their slightly new building by Walmart helped me out today. Will and their other staff members listen to you and help you with your needs. Also, dog friendly!

Had a very smooth multi-account setup at this brand new location. Very knowledgeable and outstanding service. I had close to 5 accounts created and by the time I arrived home everything worked! very communicative about upgrading and migrating their website and mobile apps and during this process everything worked! I have never experienced a bank or any business getting everything perfect in one shot.

We had a wonderful experience opening new accounts at this location. We’re in the process of moving everything over from a different bank and as you can imagine there’s a lot that goes into that process. Customer service was outstanding and genuine. They have a neat area for kids with toys and screens which help if you have to bring your kids with you to run errands. Everything was very clean and everyone was very professional. I cannot recommend this bank and especially this location enough!
