The worst absolute experience with this company. Communication is horrible and the blame will be passed on to every single department as no one who works here wants to take responsibility for their actions. Beware of this company and fine another BWM store to take of your needs!

Made an appointment for an oil change, arrived 5 minutes early and was checked in after waiting a few minutes (not an issue) my issue is the time it took to get a simple oil change.. nothing else was done and it took over 2 hours. I've gotten many oil changes before and have never waited this long especially with making an appointment. Pretty disappointed that the majority of my afternoon was sucked up sitting in the dealership. Make sure you bring someone to sit and talk with or have someone follow you with a vehicle so that you don't have to wait hours and hours for a simple oil change. My best piece of advice would be to just avoid getting your oil changed here, the wait isn't worth it when an oil change can be done anywhere... I just wanted to take my vehicle to its dealership.. next time I won't.

What truly set this dealership apart was the phenomenal service provided by Jacob McMahon, the BMW genius. Jacob went above and beyond, delivering our brand new BMW X3 directly to my fiancée's business. Wanted to charge me 6k Took it elsewhere cost me 2k As a woman BMW owner, I could feel them treating me like a "dumb blond" Please don't reply to this review with a canned response. Obviously no one cares there.

Was traveling when engine function light came on. Called BMW of Loveland about 10:00 a.m on a Wednesday. Tried each of 4 service managers and got answering machine for everyone. Left a message with the last one. Now 14 days later and never received a call back. Won't ever be doing business with these people again.

I had Givi along the way to get rid of my bmw and switch over to a Toyota Tacoma. I'm 20, so financing cars can be a hassle but he was amazing and got everything done for me to finance a 2022 vehicle with a great rate. He was very nice and supportive and got the job done with an excellent attitude through it all. He also helped me change insurance and get a better rate for that simply because he saw that mine was very high. I strongly recommend going here!

Terrible customer service. On one occasion we were screamed at by an associate because they had the wrong times on their website. And most recently we were told they "did not know how to fill diesel exhaust fluid on a BMW" ... at a BMW dealership. These people are unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. Service your BMW elsewhere.

I truly cannot say enough good about Matt Sandine and everyone else at BMW of Loveland. Matt was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and couldn't wait to share his extensive product knowledge to make sure my wife got exactly the car she wanted. BMW genius Jacob McMahon stayed late to make sure she understood every feature on the car. Very refreshing to find a whole team of experts, who enjoy and take pride in what they do, especially after a few lackluster experiences with apathetic salespeople at other dealerships.

The WORSE customer service PERIOD! We drove over 2 hours to see a vehicle and confirmed with Kaehler the day of that the car was still available. We showed up for our 2:00pm appointment and he said the car was sold the previous day after letting us wait in lobby for 20 minutes. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Just picked up my new x5 m50i and was super happy with this dealership! Came in from Denver about 10 weeks ago and met James (JJ) and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the car over the phone and JJ kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Got the car faster than expected. The delivery was great also! We arrived to find the car with a cover and bow and a sign with our name. Really nice experience. Jacob was helpful going over the features and finance was quick and unusually painless. 100% would make the drive and buy a car here again!

I needed to purchase a new car this week and found one that met my needs at BMW of Loveland. Kaehler Benson put the deal together over the phone and held the car until the next day when I was able to complete the purchase. Wonderful experience, car was detailed and ready to go, all the paperwork was complete and took about 30 minutes to complete the purchase and out the door I went with a new X5.Car purchase does not have to be painful, check with BMW of Loveland.
