Shopping here for most things is great. Their clothing / boots often has great deals and good brands. Their farm / ag stuff isn't my specialty, but when I've needed items there, they've had it. Their plants, lawn & garden stuff and automotive has often been a good deal. Their hardware leaves a lot to be desired, but it is convenient if you're out that way.

Great selection and helpful people. Hardware is actually less expensive than big box stores and online retailers.

Bomgaars is hands down the best place to shop. If I could do all my shopping there, I absolutely would! They offer great prices, but what truly sets them apart is how much their employees and managers genuinely care about their customers.
Here’s an example: I was visiting this location and had car trouble right after finishing my shopping. Even though the manager had been working all day and was clearly exhausted, he still offered to help jump-start my car. When it came time to close and my car still wasn’t working, the staff went above and beyond, helping me push my car to a nearby lot so it wouldn’t be locked in overnight. I had three employees assisting me at the end of what must have been a very long day for them. It was simply incredible!
Even as they were leaving for the day, several employees checked on me to make sure I was okay and asked if there was anything else they could do. I can’t say enough good things about this location, the employees, or the overall atmosphere at the store.
I will absolutely be coming back to this store and telling everyone who will listen just how amazing Bomgaars is. This level of customer service is rare, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and support I received.

Future Truck Drivers making deliveries to this store. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PULL IN. There’s no room to turn around. YOU HAVE TO BACK FROM THE STREET. If you set up right, plenty of room to get infront of your trailer. Straight back down to the dock. Pretty smooth and quick unload. Thank you

Stephen and Ryan and the all the cashiers up front came together to help me fulfill a coupon even with limited inventory during a sales event. Very accommodating and friendly staff, they definitely went the extra mile. Thanks!

Waited 15 min to get Stihl tools unlocked. First 2 Gentleman were to busy cleaning chicken coops to assist me. Third employee was an older gentleman. He disappears for awhile. Came back and tried first key ring, none of those keys worked so he left for the second time. After a few min he came back with a different key ring. They didn’t work either. Time I wasted I could have been to Murdoch’s. Chicken water was more important/urgent then a $500 sale.

Was treated great. Was looking for gad leaf blower. They tested it registered it for me and went through everything. At the end, he said he appreciated my business.. And actually really did genuinely feel appreciated.

Really cool farm, ranch and anyone store. Great price for wood pellets and lots of fun toys plus quality clothing for the previously mentioned groups. A bit out of the way but easy to get to.

This is a review more about their “pick up” program rather than the store itself. I placed an order today and it wasn’t until the confirmation email that it told me that it could take up to 4 hours for it to be ready, I called and tried to cancel but they said they could have it ready within the hour (an hour after I placed the order, making it 2 hours). I got to the store and there were no pick up spots, so I called and they said to come in to get the order, which seems counterintuitive for a pick up order. Then I had to wait for 20 minutes at the front while they got the cart. In that amount of time I could’ve grabbed my bags of feed 10x over again. The staff was friendly while I waited so nothing bad to say about that, but the pick up portion of the store is not worth it.
