Our phone was stolen, and after 6 different times spending the better part of 2 hours on the phone with customer service we were told to come by the store and pick up a sim card. Buuuut the lady that was not really working but definitely behind the counter definitely the most rude and inpatient customer service employee I've dealt with in a long time. So just so you know they "don't do anything at this store". And when asked at the end what is it you actually do here we were told she "can activate a new phone or sell us a 10 dollar sim card" that we have a credit on the account for but she can't use that even though it was specifically credited account she just "can't do that because she can't figure that kinda tech out" and there's no one else at the store to help customers with any problems. Unless you have a new phone or maybe some makeup to finish putting on. Then she can definitely help with that? Avoid this store at all cause!

My complaints aren't about anyone in this store, but Boost Mobile as a whole. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am switching to another carrier. Never again!

The person behind the counter didn't know how to help with my phone. Although I told her what it needed, she didn't want to do it, because the tech support she called said it wouldn't fix the problem. After she made several calls to different tech support people and tried everything they suggested, to no avail, I asked her to please try my suggestion. Just like that, it fixed my phone. I'd have done it myself if I had the tools required.

Went in Friday Morning because my phone was not receiving calls properly, I was so frustrated. Abby was so patient with me and helped me get my service back! She was so helpful!! Highly recommended 👌

The service is the worst. Couldn't get help to get my phone on by either the web site or the customer service.Went into the store and was treated even worse. According to them there is no office, there are no supervisors and no phone numbers to complain to.She would not give me any information just told me to go to another store.She needs to be fired immediately.No one at customer service on the phone can understand English or speak it so you can understand.

After they got hacked and promised no loss of phone service (lost my phone service) I was forced to pay in store at a cost of $4.00 since neither I nor Boost could access my account. They are yet to issue any type of formal statement as a Company and haven't said anything at all about the extreme likelihood of customer account and data security breaches. And the female that works in this store is beyond rude. Customer service doesn't seem to be of any concern to these people.

I had been working with troubleshooters via phone with mobile one to no avail. My phone was new and kept telling me to activate it even though it was. I must have talked to 5 different people with no answers. I walked into this store and the young lady Dulce behind the counter had my issue resolved in 20 mins. Thank you!!!
