I have been really enjoying visiting this store! It’s really fun and welcoming for long time and newer fans, like myself! I love the minifigures collection and the great conversations I’ve had while there! The staff is so friendly and each time I’ve been in I’ve noticed they know many customers by name. It’s really wonderful!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought my son the Lego Concorde set as a gift/reward for $250. After coming home I saw it at all stores & Lego website for $200. When I called them about it they said it was a new set & that they charge competitively & don't accept returns. Since I like to support small businesses I let it go. Then we open the box & find out it's NOT new & missing a few pieces. I called again & again was told all sales are final & they check every set & reneged telling me the Concorde set was used. All in all costing me not only $50 MORE than even the Lego website but now I need to hunt down the pieces & who knows what that will cost. Seeing the reviews I wish I had been more savvy. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE.So now this owner continues to flip flop. No, as it turns out you TOLD me this set was new but it wasn't. Bag 6 was opened & that's where the pieces were missing from. And no, this was never in low stock according to Lego. And in 30 years of doing Lego I have never even once had a single piece missing from a set. Plain & simple you overcharged me by $50 for a USED set presenting it as new & then tell me I can't return it without paying more & try to justify that you didn't sell me something complete despite over charging. You are absolutely reprehensible & your business practices are nothing more than sheer usery.

Had such a great time coming in and making some minifigs and checking out retired sets also! Zoe was an absolutely amazing & friendly face and had all sorts of cool historic facts about Colorado/ Lego! Will definitely be coming back ?

Definitely do not recommend!! This place is all about scam and money, they don’t care for customer care at all! Super disappointed in my experience honestly the employees are friendly and all but wow the prices especially when I come in to try and sell my pieces , I feel like they try and take advantage of me and just give me the absolute lowest price anyone can offer and this isn’t the first time. I’ve tried my luck 3 times now and 3 times is enough to not ever do business with this place

Sellers be warned‼️‼️If you are wanted to sell your sets and get a fair amount back DO NOT do it here‼️‼️‼️ I was honestly shocked at how little I was offered for 7 sets in total I had brought in, not to mention one of them cost about $450 alone! I understand it’s a used set and there’s some dust on it but when all the pieces are there that shouldn’t decrease the value of the set to about $10 dollars is what I got for it from these people. In other words I got scammed out of money, I understand collectors hold a great valued with their sets, but let’s be real….. I don’t think a mom coming in to buy a set for her kids gonna be asking all the crazy questions people ask.I highly suggest selling your sets on EBay or another website yes it’s not as convenient but you can easily get more then what you payed for the set, I’ve already posted the rest of my sets on eBay and am getting a fare amount for all of them staring at $60 and up which is how it should be not to mention 5 of the 7 sets I had brought in were unopened‼️ again I don’t think a mom or kid is gonna be to concerned about a little crinkle in the box when it’s in the trash the next day. I am honestly appalled that i got $100 for 7 sets that add up to about $800 in total… “I get it’s just business” and for that I will no longer be doing business with these people.
