Love this store & owner. They let you shop at your leisure. No pressure, & relaxing to go here. I would give them 5+ stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in today and it was the best Lego store I've ever been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this to any parents with kids. Will definitely come back again!

Easily the best B&M in the state. We loved the local history of LEGO display.

It’s a great place and nice to have a Lego type store nearby. The staff is also very kind and friendly. I will say, the Pick-A-Brick tub is full of VERY used pieces and the prices are priced almost double what they would be at a Lego store. Ultimately not worth it

Fun little shop to find unique pieces for your lego sets. My kids have even had 2 birthday parties here! You get to build Lego cars and race them down tracks, then everyone gets to build their own minifig to take with them. With time for gifts and snacks. They have an entire display case of individual minifigs and my kids have bought many figures they have been unable to collect via grab bags or sets. Most of the boxed sets seem a bit pricier for what you can find at a big box store, but that's the nature of a small business, they can't always offer the cheapest price.I have never tried to sell back sets, but I would assume, much like many place that buy things back, you would only get a small percentage of what the set it worth. They also have lots of used sets for sale, including some hard to find, older sets.

They always have the greatest selection of gently used sets that are hard to find! Well priced too with such kind employees who are knowledgeable and ready to help with a smile on their face. Every time I pass through Loveland, I stop and see what they have in stock.

Short version: decent for buying legos, terrible for selling back legos. I was offered $0 for ~70lb of loose legos and some old sets, so I kept my legos and took them to a different shop and received $750 for the same stuff. Don't sell back here unless you are prepared to be swindled.Long story: This shop has a moderate selection of used Lego sets, a decent assortment of new sets, and an impressive array of minifigures. That said, the sell-back process needs a lot of work. I brought in ~70lb of loose Lego and several used sets, and was told I needed an appointment (my bad, though they don't have any clear indication of this policy online). They said they would take a look anyways, but that it pulls take longer since they needed to help customers too. They spent 30 minutes walking the store with 1-2 customers in, then spent 5-10 minutes looking at what I had brought in afterwards. After this brief look-over, I was offered $0, but they said they would take them anyways for free if I wanted to give them away. I said no, and later took the same legos to another used Lego shop (Minifig Shop in St Louis, MO, which is an AMAZING store), and got $750 for the same legos. I understand that supply/demand might change prices slightly, but offering $0 for $750 of Legos seems fairly extortionate. I am also not the only person to have this experience here, I recommend reading other reviews of the sell-back process for more stories. The staff were quite rude during all of our interactions, making for an overall experience which was unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

I can’t remember the name of wonderful staff member who helped me but I wanna give probs for the talk, how nice she was and how we not only spoke of what I was selling and what it would sellFor, she explained why stuff doesn’t sell or if it’s to damage or if they are in demand or not. She talked to me about the legos I was buying and stuff I was making. I appreciate the friendly stuff and the personally talk they have with you. If you go in understanding how the store works it’s a great place to stop

Part of this is my own regret. But I had come in to sell 2 sets and some bulk Legos in January of 23. Long story short, I had a Lego set that had some high value but was unaware of it at the time of selling them (that's my fault). But when in general I was going to walk out, the staff member that was assisting me, instead of letting me go, started to haggle me to make the sale when I made clear I wanted to leave and think on it. They gave me some extra money on top of what they originally offered as they knew I was a college student and thought I "needed the money" and even had the check book in hand. I made the sale final and left.Long story short, I felt haggled and realized that I had been low balled when one of the sets I had alone was worth 3-4x what they offered me for the whole lot. Please go in with knowledge of your sets before hand and don't be afraid to say no and walk out. This is my personal experience, hopefully others have different ones. For those who want to know what I had, it was 5lbs of bulk + Po's Starfighter + (here's the kicker) the Rebels Ghost and Phantom 2-in-1 set. All sets had all accessories, mini-figs, and instruction manuals.

3/9/23 went in today with a lego space ship from 1979 wasn't the entire set and the ship was missing 4 small pieces. Also had some vintage base plates and a few mini figs. They looked over my stuff and I could tell they were really researching it. I also myself researched what I had. So after about 30 mins of them looking it up I was offered $20 in store credit I was shocked. I said no and took my items home and spent an hour listing them online it's now 11pm and I have sold most of my items and have made $250. I was trying to support local businesses and avoid the headache of packing and shipping but $20 in store credit that barely gets me one bottom tier mini fig in this store. I guess I'll stick to flipping toys online. If you want a cool store with some amazing sets for sale this place rocks. But if your selling take the time to do it yourself.

Terrible customer service. It’s a cool store but the employee who helped me was very rude. I asked to trade in bricks that were bagged and sorted via color. She told me I needed an appointment which I never saw anywhere then she changed the story and told me “ we actually don’t need them right now” when there’s massive boxes of assorted bricks in store so I could’ve easily gotten a figure from it all there was took to take my stuff and I would’ve done it via trade as advertised and She didn’t even take the time to see what I had or even glance and it. Her tone proved to me she just didn’t feel like helping because the other employe was very kind and asked questions and I wasn’t gonna bother her about selling Since the other person said I need to appointment/ actully we aren’t taking it. She was very rude tone with me. I sold 4 mini figs and got 4 dollars for it when one of them I sold was being being sold there for $9. I get profit is needed to be made but you guys are gonna get 800% off me and I’m not the only one complaining of this issue. Mini figs are pricy yes and I went in knowing this and I was still shocked at how much stuff was increased. I highly doubt I’ll go back due to the very ride employee and lack of any customer service Or how it seems shady/lying to customers. They where very pushy on the families with kids in there knowing they don’t understand it’s a rarer Lego store and still pushing pricy sets. I just saw that as something bad because this stores doesn’t say a lot and seems to be really after money. Once agin I don’t think I’ll support this location agin because reviews on this store give higher praise to OTHER locations.

My friend and I just had the most amazing experience at bricks and minifigs! The associate, Zoe, was so helpful and so knowledgeable about everything in the store. Learned some amazing fun facts too!

I came in on 12/21/22. I am not a Lego person but it was fun to look around! I came to buy a gift for somebody and the guy behind the counter was so friendly and helpful!

It was really fun here. Zoë was an absolute delight and greeted, said goodbye, and made sure we were able to find everything. She asked our names and chatted, so very personable. Will come back!
