Updated Review – Caliber Collision (Highway 287)
After a serious argument with Crystine regarding unresolved issues on my vehicle, the manager stepped in to speak with us. At the beginning, she defended her employee, which I understand is her role as a manager. However, once I showed her the parts that had not been properly fixed and my previous review, her attitude changed and she treated me more professionally.
Later, the manager contacted me asking if I could remove my review, explaining that it affected her paycheck. Regardless, I believe reviews should reflect honest customer experiences.
I would like to highlight that Raul truly made the difference. He immediately stepped in to help us and showed exactly what a great employee this company has. Raul treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. He did an excellent job fixing everything that needed attention on my car, and thanks to him, we finally had a great experience.
Kudos to Raul for his outstanding customer service and dedication. He represents the company in the best possible way.
I filed a claim through my insurance company and was referred to the Caliber location on Highway 287. My experience started off well with Raul, who was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, everything changed once a woman named Crystine took over. Her service was extremely unprofessional and rude.
We asked her for an estimate to repair several marks on the car. She wrote everything down, gave us the estimate, and we agreed to it. However, when we picked up the car a month and a week later, the repairs we had discussed were not completed. When we pointed this out, she became defensive and claimed we “never mentioned” those dents, which is completely untrue.
I requested a new estimate for the dents that should have been included originally, and it was much more expensive than the initial repair. We also had to return because several parts they removed ended up damaged. Once again, Crystine treated us poorly, speaking to us as if the issues were our fault instead of theirs. She insisted she had explained everything before, which is absolutely false — she never mentioned any of this.
I do not recommend this location, and if you must go, I strongly advise not working with this particular employee. As a Hispanic customer, I felt disrespected and singled out. Her behavior came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was very negative — even the front desk staff was rude from the moment we walked in.

I went to Caliber after being rear-ended, but Caliber Collision, specifically Christina Bittinger-Huddle was unwilling to work with the other driver's insurance to cover the necessary repairs. A simple phone call or email was too much for Christina and Caliber. It seems they weren’t interested in my business, so I’ll be looking for a place with a more positive attitude. Thank you Caliber Collision.

Great communication and quality looks great. All in all a good experience from the front desk to the associates who worked directly with me

I just purchased a brand new 2024 VW Atlas. A couple of months later, a damaged the right front fender and bumper while backing out of the garage (it is a tight fit for this big SUV). I was sick about it. My insurance company works with Caliber, so I went there and said it's a new car I want the damaged parts replaced. They said they can repair the damage, and it will look as good as new. Less than a week later I picked up the Atlas and I was pleased to see the car looked as good as new. It was impossible to tell the card was damaged. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any unfortunate accidents you have with your car.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Raul at the Garfield location in Loveland, Co. The communication during the process of the repairs is excellent. The repair work is professional and completed in a very timely manner.
Raul went over and above expectations and made me feel like a valued customer!

I am just leaving here at the Caliber Collision located at 5486 N Garfield Ave, Loveland, CO 80538. I was greeted very kindly with immediate prompt service after I stated my issues. The manager Delisha(sorry if I misspelled it), well she was on point and very kind as she granted me an emergency service probono, which included vehicle estimates, provided contact information and crash-wrapping the back windshield of my SUV without an appointment. This was all done in less than 20 min by a another kind employee by the name of Austin who went the extra mile to vacume out all the glass that had made it into the rear hatch. Overall you guys are amazing and I will be referring you all for now on thank you I felt very warm and welcomed, great experience 5 stars all day!

Very disrespectful people, I wonder if the rampant feminism has made your customer service attitude so poor don't worry about losing your job. Don't fake it. I didn't do you wrong
