Refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. Front desk couldn't give us a hard copy of our bill. Room had an odd layout with no table or lighting on the right side of the bed. Otherwise, it was fine.Noteworthy details: Hidden behind Holiday Inn Express.

Reserved a room on 12/13/23 for 4 nights but when I got in and uncovered the bed the mattress was covered in cum stains, dirt and hair. Than there’s was an extremely strong smell of pinesol. I was extremely tired but I couldn’t sleep in that filth and strong odor that made my head hurt. I went downstairs and asked to just cancel my stay and they still charged me 116 dollars for the hour stay due to “company policy”. Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. Disgusting hotel.

Perfect! The front desk clerk was very friendly. We needed the room for one night. However, it is perfect for anyone who needs a longer stay. A full kitchen, comfy bed, huge closet, and spacious bathroom. We have zero complaints.

We had a reservation that was booked on June 13,2023 for the dates of August 18-20, 2023. When we got to the hotel Friday evening, they had informed us that our room was no longer available. They came up with some excuse that there was a leak and that they had to move a guest to our room. We believe they sold our room out from under us. They were unwilling to give us a room of similar value or give us any compensation for the inconvenience of trying to find a room at other hotels at 11pm in the evening. For a customer that is frequently booking through this company, it is completely unacceptable to be treated this way. We had to find a room 30 miles away that not only cost more but is far below decent standards in cleanliness and service. We most definitely will not be returning to this particular hotel (candlewood in loveland CO) and would like to see something done about this situation.

Just your typical hotel. Clean, quiet and convenient. Get what you pay for. The staff is good for the most part. The front desk girl, Haylee, was the sweetest girl. She had a little lip, but that’s part of her spunk. We stayed for a week and she made us feel really welcome. Always had a smile and greeting. Would stay again!

Do not stay here. If not to spare yourself, do it for the staff who work for the horrible mgmt. team. While the staff who work here, excluding mgmt, were very kind, I was greeted by pubic hair in the toilet and on bathroom floor. Yep you read that right. Fun fact: the staff shared that the housekeeper recently quit so I'm guessing it was an inside job to send a message to mgmt. but we will never know. Sadly I'm the one who walked in on it. As if that wasn't bad enough, air conditioning unit, toilet paper dispenser and shower head were broken. Oh and toilet didn't flush so had to manually do it yourself. Spare yourself and do NOT support this mgmt team who do not care about their staff or your experience at all. They feel it's appropriate to subject paying customers to these poor standards. Go elsewhere!

Comfy bed, large shower with good pressure, clean room. It was quiet on my floor and in my room and I was able to fall asleep easily, but I overheard another guest complaining about noise so I guess maybe I got lucky with room assignments. Either way, I enjoyed my stay and thought it was really peaceful and comfortable. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like cigar smoke. They did not have any blanket for the pull out cover. Only offered a extra sheet. That's why the 2 stare. Great location to the event I was working.

Room had a strange and off putting odor. AC didn’t work, only made startling loud noises when attempting to turn on and off. Elevator didn’t work. Staff was nice but couldn’t help the problems. I do not understand how this place has high ratings.

Sabrina is spectacular! We had tried to check into the hotel next door, waiting 45 minutes in the lobby but the front desk employee was gone. We were sent over to the Candlewood by IHG support who were horrible. Sabrina worked as quickly as she could with all of the screw ups from IHG and got us into a room. An hour and 45 minutes later at 2:45am we were finally able to rest. Sabrina, you’re our hero!!!

They staff here deserve the five stars! They were very helpful and even accommodating for us coming of an early flight and asking for an early check in. Rooms were clean and in order. Everything worked and liked that they had a hot coffee / hot water for tea machine for free use in the little store there.

We spent 9 nights there. The staff was great and extremely helpful in making our stay amazing. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

This hotel is poorly managed. My wife and I were there for 2 weeks. Not only did they try to say we owed them money after my wife showed them where payment posted at our bank, they never returned our $20.00 overages for each day. They do not understand who to deal with people who have disabilities, especially a TBI. They lie and do not understand how to deal with it. Be careful staying here. The are under State investigation for this.
