Bought a gift for my sister for Christmas. They shipped it to my address instead of hers. The girl was new i get mistakes happen but that store has the rudest store manager and worst is the assistant manager I just had to deal with. She had the nerve to scold me when it was admitted by the store manager Deb it was their mistake. She actually acted like it was a favorite match the price of the ones they screwed up. 2 months to get this fixed and I get her smart attitude. She then told me it wasn't the store's fault it was the warehouse. I just laughed how stupid do you have to be not to know if the store puts the shipping address in the wrong spot the warehouse sends it where they tell it to. Not one I am sorry after two months, then her ignorance on top.

I drove down from Ft.Collins to see if the Centerra store had an item I couldn’t find at the S. College, Ft. Collins store. I didn’t find what I was looking for but did like a long sleeve t-shirt that had been hanging outside the dressing rooms on a rack labeled “sale”. When I mentioned that I liked the shirt to the saleswoman outside the dressing room she took the shirt and said, “These aren’t on sale anymore.” I was shocked and said “ That’s too bad” before I left the store. I thought the saleswoman was very rude and since I was the only customer in the store I was surprised she would throw away a sale. I will not be back to this store.

Centerra Loveland Employee from Chicos scolded us for not using disinfectant hand gel at front before entering and hollered at us to stop and demanded we “disinfect” with their gel after just used our own. Very abrupt and rude. Understand the pandemic concerns but my moms favorite place to shop is now no longer due to how we were treated. BTW we had our masks on and took all precautions. They lost our business but every other shop at Centerra has super kind employees.

This store has more inventory and space than the fort Collins shop. Great staff, too.

I've always been asked if I needed help when I've entered the store. They are friendly about accepting returns and are good about suggestion selling without pushing too hard. I've been a Chico's customer for years and will continue to shop here. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that there appears to be some type of small fee on top of the merchandise and tax cost.

Helpful staff and they notice you fairly quickly once you enter the store. Knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. This is one of the larger stores so their inventory is pretty good. Great sales and well made merchandise. Nice that you can park right outside the store.
