Jim was helpful over and beyond. I need a loan to cover my rent I lost my job in August 18 and my unemployment benefits have not kicked in. . I Wasn’t sure what my car was worth. He told me retail and wholesale value. He was honest and friendly. I decided to put the car up for sale on Facebook market. I was able to call Jim back and ask him some questions about my vehicle, knowing I was not going to be pawning my car. He was still helpful and honest and professional . Thank you Jim
