*Do NOT recommend*My daughter had her haircut today by Tami. Tami ignored everything my daughter said. She cut her hair wet after both my daughter and I said her curly hair gets cut dry and to please cut it dry. She then proceeded to apply product to my daughter's hair who expressed *multiple times* that she does not want product. She got a rash reaction to the product even after washing her hair at home.

Loved coming here but a few times now I've stopped by during business hours and they've had a "Closed, be back soon" sign taped to the window. Getting a little ridiculous. Maybe business hours need to be updated...?

Just tried to walk in 3 min before 5 and got told they’re closed when their sign and the web say 6. Maybe update your hours so you don’t waste peoples time.Service: Haircut

My husband got his hair trimmed by them when they took over new management a few months back. He worked hard on his hair growing it out and they butchered it so he had to shave it off. My sons hair cut wasn’t good either, they didn’t take much off and I had to get him another hair cut because it grew back so fast. We recently couldn’t get any hair cut appointments before Mother’s Day so we tried to go back to them with coupons and to give them another chance and they called me to cancel the appointment. Told me if so came in another time they hair cuts would be paid for so I appreciated that, then I call to schedule my free hair cuts and because the manager isn’t in they can’t value that so I’m calling somewhere else. At this point they aren’t even worth the free hair cuts.Service: Long haircut

Ive had some bad experience not at this location but definitely with this organization. THIS WAS DIFFERENT!! The gentleman that cut my daughters hair was professional and good at his trade. He spoke to her and made her feel like she was in control and treated her with respect and listened to her concerns and wants. Which is pretty important for 11 yr girls. Thank you.

I wish I had read the reviews before making my appointment here, because now my experience is kind of funny and less enraging. I booked an appointment online for 12pm today. I got there at 11:45 and there was a “closed” sign on the door. I figured they were at lunch and would be back soon. At 12:15, after watching three other people try the door and walk away disappointed, I finally sent an email to the corporate email address on the website and left. I totally get being short staffed and honestly, if they were just lazy I’d get that too. But you shouldn’t be able to make an appointment if they’re not going to be there. How are these people still in business? If I conducted myself like that at my job I would have been fired ages ago.

Tried to get a haircut four times at the location on Eagle Drive in Loveland. The main staff member was so rude multiple times. Made excuses why I couldn’t get a haircut. They are not open any of the listed hours on the website or Google. They seem to arbitrarily make up hours and decide they don’t want to cut your hair if you dare drop by 90 minutes before their supposed closing hours. Proclaim you “must” check in online but how are you supposed to do that when the website isn’t working? I showed up the final time to try and get a haircut but was told by this main staff member “I can’t do it now come back later” when the building was completely empty. I came back three hours later and nope. They still wouldn’t cut my hair. I decided to forgoe both my free or discounted coupon and go somewhere else and pay. I was going to give Cost Cutters a chance for the first time per the coupon but no way. I wouldn’t even try to go back, free or not. Why even bother mailing out ads and coupons if your staff has zero intention of cutting hair?

This location is closed but apparently still able to schedule appointments. Went to my scheduled time and door was locked and the place was deserted. Pretty stupid

After reading negative reviews about issues with the online scheduling system, I called & spoke to a human to book an appointment. I called on a Saturday afternoon & booked an appointment for 10am (the first appointment of the day) the following Thursday. I arrived at 9:53am on the day of my appointment. The doors were locked, lights were off. No worries, I’m a bit early, the stylist is probably running late. It’s my oldest child’s actual birthday but I’m sure they will be here soon. I sat in the parking lot until 10:20am. No one came to open the business, it was desolate. I called & left a message when I arrived (just in case someone was inside & I just could not see). I also called & left a message when I decided to leave at 10:20am. As of this review, no one has returned my call.

I had an appointment that was confirmed for a salon that was closed! Not a good way to treat people! I have stage 4 cancer. I got up early for nothing! Thanks cost cutters I will not come back!!!!!!
