The server Dustin was amazing! He is the only reason it's not 1 star. After waiting 50 minutes for a table of 6 in a near empty restaurant. (5 pm) Everything we wanted to order they were out of and not communicated they were out of until after we tried to order it. After 40+ min waiting for our food, we were brought plates missing specific ingredients without being told these ingredients were not available while we were ordering. Barbecue chicken should come with barbecue sauce.. salads should come with tomatoes especially if that is how it is described and pictured in the menu and not requested to not be added. Only after questioning the missing ingredients and more waiting for an answer did we learn why they were missing. Dustin held his composure through it all, was very professional having to walk back and forth to the kitchen to find answers and disappoint us over and over and over again. Worst experience my family has ever had here. We were so frustrated we didn't even stay for the complimentary birthday dessert.

They were out of most of the food we wanted. What we got was not good, very salty and dry. They were understaffed, and the waitress was trying hard.

Sunday afternoon, April 21, 2024, my two sisters and myself visited Cracker Barrel- Loveland CO. We waited 30 minutes for our meal after ordering. When the food was served, I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes more for mashed potatoes or I could order another side dish. I asked for fried apples that were not delivered to the table until I had to ask for them. We had to ask for biscuits also. They weren't included when the meal was served. My sister has a heart condition and tried to order a low fat meal. But, her grilled chicken and green beans were served burnt. The waitress said she would try to get her meal comped but had to ask the Manager. He came to our table and argued with us. He said we shouldn't have chosen to dine at Cracker Barrel if we wanted a healthy meal. He also told us he was shot in the arm during a war and that we should be happy with any food we get. At least that's the impression we felt. He did comp one meal but we could tell he did it unwillingly. We won't dine at Cracker Barrel in Loveland Colorado ever again...

We waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive (way too long) and how do you mess up a pancake? Well, they did! Couldn’t even cut it with a knife! Besides that, absolutely no flavor! And no top of that, the coffee was cold! It was a horrible experience! Used to love going there, but never again! I can see why they are closing so many of there restaurants

Don’t get chrissy as a server… She did not even come by to let me know the food was going to take 30min and they were not even busy. Within that time i did not get my water refilled and watched her throw coffee creamer down on a table with no respect. I think Chrissy needs more training and coaching before serving customers. Also watched someone drop a cleaning rag on the floor and proceed to use it to wipe down a table

We were there waiting for a table that was supposed to be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later we enquired as to how long it would be and we were told it would be a minimum of 40 minutes (per the manager) then one of our party witnessed the manager interacting with a senior citizen. The customer (senior citizen) was asking about his meal as it was over 30 minutes and it still wasn't there. The manager asked the customer what do you want me to do about it and that there was nothing he could do. This shocked everyone in our party and we left. Between the rudeness of the manager (who should have been helping the cooks as that was his excuse for the excessive wait times he only had two cooks) and the inconsistent messaging we were through with this establishment at that time.

We love this place, my wife loves to shop for gifts after we eat. My wife had the cheesy brocoli chicken and I had the fried catfish. Both excellent. We love the cornbread muffins and the fryed cinimmon apples. We never go hungry and always take some home. Never have had a bad meal here. Our server was amazing, she took care of us, sorry I couldnt remember her name, but she was amazing.

It's great to find a restaurant different than the present day overpriced packet food (out of a box entrees ) restaurants. The people here are always pleasant and welcoming. The menu is extensive and the food always very well prepared and reasonably priced . The old time atmosphere reflecting warm colors and decor is reminiscent of the past kitchens we were all familiar with. It's worth the 20 odd miles we have to travel to have a meal here.
