Going into the store they screwed our account up which led to being overcharged and then they refuse to refund or credit. The store says call customer service... customer service says go to the store! I highly recommend never using Cricket!!!

I'm in shock gat a company this size has only 2 ways to make payments. They also have no regard for the elderly who need their phones on for medical emergencies.... they'll shut a phone off for $20...customer service was just ok, they don't really want to help solve the problem, just take your money.

This place is never open when it's suppose to be.. I showed up to the store at 10:15am they open at 10 no one was there so I wait for another hour no one still..this is ridiculous!!! and I was there at 12 on Sunday and no one was there as well I waited for an hour on Sunday too what's going on!?!?

I went to the Cricket store about a month ago to get a new phone. The store wasn't open till 45 minutes after opening time and I had to wait 20 minutes of that to even get in the door. The guy opening the store was busy putting the phones out on the displays and had me explain what I needed. He told me that if I wasn't the account holder on the account that I could not purchase a phone from cricket. He said it was "for security reasons". The same guy wouldn't sell me a phone the last time I was in there. That time it was because I didn't have my ID on me. This time I had my ID I had the password to the account and everything I needed but he said I would literally have to put the account in my name in order to buy a new phone. There are three people on our account. My step dad is the account holder. Anyway, ended up going to Greeley the second time and they sold me a phone no problem no hassles they were nice sadly loved ones cricket is not a good place to go. I hate going to Greeley but it's just a better store. I believe the one employee is the problem. His attitude was terrible as well. Not a good experience AT ALL.

I fell behind on my payment and my account was suspended for one day. I pay and the next data cycle passes and the hotspot only works for one of the lines on my account. Spent 2 1/2 hrs on the phone trying to get the hotspot to with for my second line and it still hasn't worked since Thursday, July 13th, 2023. *Sigh*I guess it's time to change my phone service provider ?
