I would highly recommend for everyone to transfer their prescriptions to cvs pharmacy in Loveland. Yes, the lines can sometimes be a few minutes long inside Target but the technicians and the pharmacist work really well together so the line moves pretty quickly. The pharmacy technicians names are Taylor ( Pharmacist)and Mida (Pharmacist )- Technicians- Heather, Maggie, Crystal, Neven, Micah, Levi, Yoshi. When you become a regular patient at this cvs pharmacy, the technicians began to remember your name and then they get to know you on a personal level and vis Vera. I am glad my husband and I made the switch from King Soopers pharmacy three years ago and I hope you do too.

This has got to be the busiest pharmacy in the country.. Employees act like it’s the slowest. Zero sense of urgency. Constant line no matter time of day. Usually 8+ employees working but only one filling scripts at a time. I can’t tell if it’s due to poor management or what. Every customer seems to need a manager escalation. I’d guess an average of 8 or so minutes spent per customer, it’s insane. If you have time to kill, this is your place!

Generally speaking the pharmacy employees, especially taylor whom i typically deal with are excellent. The solution to the problem i can seem to grasp is why they dont have medications i fill every month for a long time available and in stock. They even send me messages asking if i will be filling vertain scripts a few days before they are due, saying it will ensure availability. Yet every month, there is an issue where i have to make several trips to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. And this isnt medication a person can go without. The penalty for not having some of these medications is cardiac arrest. So while the employees are fantastic, whom ever is in charge of ordering the medications and ensuring ample stock is not doing their job. Partial fills are a temporary solution to a long-term problem. It makes their customers have to make their schedule around whether they can get their medication. Not good, not a way to run a business. My partner is a dr. and we discuss this monthly, and she is baffled by circus as well. My deduction is that, they just dont care, and its just a job. If i had the same attitude, there would be many unhappy people, and i couldnt abide that nor does my character allow for such action. How can we fix this problem? Does target/cvs care about their customers. My scripts total 1700 a month. You would think they would make more of an effort.

I had an interesting situation pop up when picking up my prescriptions yesterday. Apparently, the CVS computer system had two separate charts for me and one prescription in each chart. My pharmacy tech, Joshua, was very helpful and diligent in getting this mystery solved and getting my needed meds to me quickly. The pharmacy was very busy at the time I came in, but the staff kept the line moving smoothly. I greatly appreciate the patience and professionalism of everyone working at this location. I will definitely continue to come here for all of my prescription needs. :)

The pharmacy tech (possibly Riley?) was not helpful at all when trying to get prescriptions. She kept saying “uh let me get my words right in my brain…” she didn’t seem to know what she was talking about when asked about medications. It took her 10 mins to answer each of my questions.

I only use this pharmacy due to insurance. I will be looking AGAIN to find a qualifying pharmacy to switch to. Automated computer system does not align with in store service. Today, 3 times waiting in line to pick up because their automated messages were incorrect. Staff, though sometimes friendly, are mostly stiff and curt.
Vaccinations are over booked causing anyone attempting to get a vaccination on their lunch time are screwed. American health care in the toilet.

So grateful to Hanna for not just being diligent in returning messages on their phone within an hour, but so friendly and professional! She also was a big problem solver with tracking down all pertinent discount and insurance information on her own volition. Keep Hanna CVS! She'll ensure patients continue to keep coming back! Thank you Hanna!

Kafkaesque trying to have a discussion with these pharmacists. Wish I would have read the reviews because apparently I'm not the only one to notice these people are ridiculous.
