Wish the online site was easier to use. Makes it difficult to cancel an order; customer chat wasn't available when I placed order, will have to bring item back after receiving.

This is why Amazon’s going to take over and little small stores like this will be out of existence soon enough. I returned a 60 pound vest or tried to and they said due to it stretching out slightly I wasn’t allowed to return it and the first thing they asked was where is the receipt because they were trying to save a buck on it. Real slime balls here which is why the parking lot is empty. It’s a 60 pound vest of course it’s gonna be stretched out and a little bit worn. The person I spoke to two months ago said it wasn’t a big deal and then I can return it as long as it’s within the two months. I would say I’m never coming here again, but they’re probably gonna be closing sooner than that

Today my son and I went to get him a new mouth guard for hockey. We weren’t sure on the sizing so we asked the lady at the check out if anyone was around to help. Some older guy walked over and with the biggest attitude goes -“you need a stick and a puck, what more do you need to know” ummm what!?! Well actually we know about hockey thanks for asking but we need a mouth guard and the last one we got at a different store was too small so we were looking for some guidance. Luckily, he called over a young gentleman who was extremely kind and helpful. Had it just need the old guy helping I honestly woulda walked out and left a 1* review instead of 4 but the younger guy and front check out lady were both so kind.

Dave Ottoson in the golf department is great!! I'm very new to golf and went in ready to purchase a new set of irons yeasterday. After working with Dave we determined at this point instead if irons I need help with my swing to fix the issue I was having. Dave was able to recommend a coach for me. I never once felt pressured to blow my budget or like I was being pushed into a product that wasn't a good fit for me just to make a sale. There is no question I will be returning to Dave for all my golf needs in the future!

Stopped in to buy a new driver and check out putters. I highly recommend talking to Derek whether you need help or not. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything but instead just took time to teach me about different putters and the differences they make. I felt better leaving then when I came in, thanks Derek.

Needed a new pair of shoes for the gym; Seth was so so helpful! When i told him of my needs he was able to help me find the right shoes to fit what i was looking for. I learned alot about the different types of athletic shoes and what is good for which type of activity. I apreciate how attentive he was while splitting his time between me, a few others, and some new shipment! The shoes are perfect and i realized how big of a difference they make. THANK YOU SO MUCH SETH!!!
