I tried to go shopping yesterday and an employee came up to me and told me that I could not carry my purse and groceries bags in the store . And they had a special place that they can place it while I shop. What the ?????

Went to go get a gallon of milk was accused of stealing a soda never even went to the soda case manager and lady refused me service hire better ppl would not recommend ever going here until they get new management

I called ahead of time to see if they had swim diapers, and nobody answered. When I got there, there stood two employees just talking about who knows what and one was nice cuz she thought they carried them and the other one was rude and kept saying no all rude and stuck up. Get better employees.

I’m from Kansas and our dollar general doesn’t save the restrooms just for employees. I spent 130.00 in their store and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. I even let the women know I might pee right at her register. Heartless people. Without customers where would their store be? Oh and by the way there was no sign stating that there were no public rests. That it a must. I will never shop there again, they’re rude and smug.

Never again. Employees act like you're out to steal the entire time you're shopping but ironically when you're ready to check out there is never a cashier up front.

We have driven across town to patronize the south west Loveland location for the last several years. We always have such a wonderful rapport with the cashiers, and also the manager who is extremely personable. After exchanging some pleasantries with the cashier today, my young daughter brought it to my attention that she desperately needed to use the bathroom. The cashier declined to allow her access to the bathroom, saying it was not for public use. The store is not located within easy access of any other establishments. We had to leave to come home. Unfortunately, given that the cashier could not have the human decency to extend a small bit of courtesy to a little girl, we will not be returning. I assure you I take a significant amount of my business with me elsewhere. Shame on you for being so thoughtless.

We purchased a helium tank for a 1st birthday party. When we decorated for the party, there was no helium in the tank, so no floating balloons. I went to return the tank and was informed that they don't give refunds on helium tanks. So we are now stuck with a faulty helium tank from a crappy store that doesn't take responsibility for the products they sell. We will never be back to any Dollar General.
