Faster than expected in every respect, flexible, easy to reach. Picked up and delivered a third party's glass (not supplied by them) for a small fee. No breakage, no damage, survived a windstorm two days after install. All good things to say.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the first phone call to final installation. Everyone I was in contact with was exceptionally friendly and professional. The first person I spoke to when my picture window cracked was the owner. I was a bit freaked out when my window cracked for no apparent reason and he put my mind at ease. I got the sense that he is a very good boss b/c everyone i worked with at Empire thru my glass replacement process genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job. Which is very rare these days. Highly recommend!

The team at Empire was fantastic. The front office was extremely helpful finding the right time that worked for my schedule and our technician got the new window installed perfect and very quickly. Additionally, their office was clean, had great wifi and snacks. Was a great place to get some work done while I waited and had m back on the road ASAP.Thanks Empire team!

Just good people that do good work. Tyler and Scott were very professional, kind, and timely with the work. Less than 24 hours from the time I requested a quote to when the job was complete. I got quotes from a few places in the Loveland area and they came in significantly lower than everyone else. Greatly appreciated and they will be my first call from here on out if I need any glass work done in the future!

I needed a windshield for my classic Porsche. $2700 at the dealer, Empire had it in two hours for $275. I'll never go anywhere else for glass.

Bought a used 2001 f-250 that had more cranks in the windshield than I cared to count. Called Empire to get a quote, was greeted very friendly and given a competitive price for the replacement including the molding since that was damaged as well. Made an appoint for the following week, was told it would take 1 to 1.5hrs during the install. Arrived at my appointment and waited in the lobby where they had coffee and water available during my 1hr wait. The install went every well and was giving an itemized receipt which was a welcomed surprise and well as a 1 year warranty that was also a well received surprise. Overall very happy with the install and the 1 year warranty will defiantly keep Empire on my list for any vehicle window services I may need in the future.

Was a wonder experience! It was quick easy and painless! The receptionist helped get it covered by my insurance even when I didn’t think they would cover it. I was glad to even pay the out of pocket expense which was extremely cheap I thought but she got it covered at no cost to me!! The office was friendly inviting and very clean. It was all around a great experience there.
