I had started my account with them about the time covid started. But had forgotten about it and had done nothing with it at all. And true to their commercials they never once tried to shut me down or scream for some kind of payment. When I realized that I had neglected that account so badly I went in to straighten out my assumed mess. They were all very friendly and helped me through everything and now I have 2 accounts in good standing and have discovered that there are still a couple of places that stick to their word and do what's right. If I was looking for a place to roost bank wise ENT would be my choice like they say act like you own the place.

I have to say that the lack of customer service I have experienced at this particular branch this afternoon is mortifying. Specifically given the praises that I have historically sung to anyone that would listen regarding ENT.I stood waiting for 15 minutes before a woman who was immersed in a dialogue with an elderly woman regarding $70, glanced up to acknowledge me and to advise that she would be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes elapsed. I unfortunately had other errands that were slightly more pressing than continuing to observe the addled exchange. They were on a planet of their own, entirely consumed by something perhaps the elderly woman's grandson could have assisted her with.I am in customer service as well, and certainly taking the extra time out in an effort to help a customer is admirable. But certainly not at the expense of another waiting customer. I left without my grocery money that I had come in to get, to retrieve my daughter from school. This after driving 6 miles across town to the only available current branch in the city. Suffice it to say that my prior admiration for your branch and your credit union in general has now dissipated. I've also echoed these concerns to your corporate office. I'm so sorry that my very brief and easily resolved transaction was placed on the back burner. I don't understand why the time-consuming customer could not have been asked to step aside momentarily so that I could proceed with my transaction. I'm guessing she'll be there for at least another week, based on the slow comprehension level I witnessed. Thank you for consuming my time, my gas money, as well as my respect for the institution, all in one fell swoop this afternoon for naught.

Get treated like a criminal Everytime! This time manager and employee were giggling the entire time while helping me. I even expressed that they were like giving me the finger... didn't even care, just kept giggling. ENT sucks!!!
