Absolutely terrible, I asked for help in the fitting room because the door wasn't fully closing, and this woman came up to me and told me I should get a bigger size (the dress fit me just fine) and then she told me that the fitting rooms weren't working and that I couldn't use them, poor quality clothes for way too much money. Many of the shirts I looked at had small discoloration or stains and the one shirt I did buy after only 2 weeks of use had threads everywhere sticking out.

It says online that they are open until 8 PM. On 11/21/2023, I showed up at 7:45 PM, and the doors were locked. When I tried the door, the employee inside who was walking by turned and looked at me, and then kept on walking. I went into a store next-door and made a purchase. When I returned to my car, I witnessed the two express store employees walking out of the front door, locking the store up, and getting into their vehicle and leaving - all by 7:59 PM. If you’re going to close at 7:45, put that info out there. It’s an inconvenience for shoppers to show up at a store during what is supposed to be open hours, only to find it locked up early.

Google said this store opens at 10. Showed up at 10:30. Doors were locked.

I have never seen such a disgusting store my entire life, floor sticky and gross, employees dressed like they work at Walmart, loud unedited rap music blaring the N word at full volume.

Didn't really have anything we needed. My best friend and I went in there because we ordered some stuff online. It came in and still had the security tag on the bottom?Plus, they were out of stock of everything we asked for. The girl who helped us seemed pretty disinterested. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely didn't encourage me to want to shop there again.

First I had horrible customer service when I was shopping here. The employees completely ignored us and it was horrible trying to even check out because of the 3 employees that were there none paid any attention to the customers. Second I tried to return an item the very next morning having never worn it and I was refused a refund because supposedly a tag that’s supposed to be on there was not there. Never removed a tag and if you inspect items at return you should inspect them at purchase to make sure the tag is there. I will never ship here again. Horrible experience.

I was disappointed with the service I received today. I tried to return a pair of slacks I paid $128 for but because there was one black tag that read “Do Not Remove” I was unable to return. I asked if I can at least exchange for the right size so it’s not a complete loss. I was told no! I asked for customer service’s number. When I called I was told it’s up to the manager’s discretion. They also said the manager could have gave me store credit or exchanged for the right size but since they didn’t I can try returning at a different Express store. So make sure that tag is on your clothing when you purchase and be careful not to remove. The Loveland manager does not do any returns without that one tag!

Customer service lacking with brunette at Loveland Centerra Express. 7/29/22 at 6:20 pm or so I walked into the male side of the store and shopped throughout both sides, checking out at 6:40 pm. A clerk with bobbed brown hair was folding clothes, in the back area of the store, seated with her back to the front of the store. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, I shopped the front area, middle area, then womens area and back area. When I entered the back area where she was, she never looked up or greeted me. I shopped all around the room, sometimes walking in front of her, smiled at her hoping to get a response that was positive. Some eye contact made but no smile or verbal reaction. I picked out some clothes and went into the dressing room myself, I'm female, dressed nice etc. I come out, she is there folding, no words uttered. I go to make a purchase, begrudgingly, of one shirt since I needed it (likely would have bought more). A nice young female with long hair helped me make the purchase, I did not see her until then. I hope the gal was on her way out of a job she clearly did not like. I know these jobs are sometimes hard and underpaid, I've done them, but it's not hard to smile and say hello or offer help. I won't shop there again if at all possible. BTW I returned the item since my son said that he wouldn't wear it, and nice young man and another young gal with long hair helped me with the return, and I did not see the rude girl there.

Express is one of my favorite stores.to shop at for dress clothes. I'm not sure why the selection is so limited for Men, but it was disappointing for sure. Hopefully it's because of the pandemic and things will get back to normal soon.

I have always shopped at this location until now. I went in on Sunday around 4ish. There we’re 4 employees working and not ONE said hi welcome nothing. 2 if the employees just looked at me. I felt as if I shouldn’t have been in there. Point well taken I will continue to shop on lineSadly disappointed

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Express location, which I frequent to make returns from online orders and browse the sale rack. The employees I've encountered have all been welcoming and helpful, with the only issues having to do with technology delays with processing payments or returns. During these times the staff has made jokes and handled an awkward situation well. The store is not usually very busy but maintains a good selection and organized layout.
