The package handling is a joke there customer service is none it's over priced and trying to get a package that requires a signature routed to a fed ex store for pickup is a nightmare and the delivery time frame is ridiculous why is fed ex still around it's plain terrible.

If you've ever had to fax or copy anything there they will nickel and dime you, main reason for the poor review. Service is good and brought it up a star plus it's still better than dealing with the post office i guess.
