I have been to over 50 different FedEx locations. This location is by far the worst FedEx I have ever been to. They will deny perfectly good packages that are allowed anywhere else. They will also be very rude and try and charge you on everything.

This location will try and upcharge you to repack boxes with prepaid labels if the box isn't 100% pristine. No way I'm paying money out of pocket when I'm not even paying for the return postage. You're outta your mind.

Can’t be bothered to actually help anybody, I have a $1500 iPhone that was a nightmare to get from FedEx and Apple. My return label was ripped to shreds but oh well I guess maybe it’ll get there.

Took in a return to be shipped back and they told me I needed to pay $3.99 to stuff the box and that they will not take the return unless I pay them. They tired to tell me that stuffing the box is the structural integrity to the box lololol. Took it to another fedex and they shipped it no problem. Trying to sell me something I don’t need… terrible customer service!

I’ve always had the best experience at this FedEx location! I use various FedEx locations throughout the state as I travel for work but this store goes above and beyond. I have gotten a call each time from Adam who has made sure to communicate with me about the details of my orders to make sure that everything comes out exactly as I’d like it, which I really appreciate! Everyone is always really kind and friendly, which goes such a long way. Shout out to Austin and Janice who helped make my day when I stopped in while feeling stressed on Valentine’s Day! Austin, I will never forget your Jennifer Coolidge impression of Pink Pony Club.

This is more toward the corporate business structure than any employees. The employees seem nice enough but can only take your money, after that you are on your own. I overnighted a bunch of closing documents to Knoxville for $50 instead of a few days for $10. It got stuck in Memphis. They then said they lost it. Then their app said it showed up 5 days late. I asked for a refund as it was not delivered in 24 hours delaying my closing. The people at FedEx tell me I must go online. I go online and get into a death loop to nowhere only after submitting my credit card info. I pick up the phone and call. 30 minutes later an Indian guy answered the phone and I asked for them to honor their guarantee. He says the guarantee is suspended due to weather in Memphis. I asked for a partial refund since the slow rate was $10, and they said NO. They put me on hold to check, go have a smoke break, and then say No again. It is a complete and total scam and they could care less about integrity. I will certainly remember this experience. I will attempt to get refunded through my credit card for the breach of contract and do my best to warn the public.
