We had just purchased a used camper trailer and needed a brake controller installed on our vehicle as well as a new plug on the camper. As we talked to them we decided to have the axel greased and the stabilizers reinforced. We also purchased a riser hitch bar that works perfectly between the vehicles.
They did a fantastic job with both our vehicle and the trailer all in one day. We felt the price was reasonable for the work done. And the mechanic took the time to explain how the brake controller works. Adam encouraged us to call with any questions.
We will definitely go to back to Felkers for any of our trailer needs.

These guys are great! They helped me with my 2021 skidoo turbo when it developed an oil leak from the tank/pump. They also carry belts, oil, scratchers and more which is super handy. Better than the local skidoo dealer by far.

I called to get a bike checked out, was told i could bring it in and leave it for a few days to get it checked out and when I brought my motorcycle in they changed their mind I guess. Unfortunate.

We had an excellent experience with Steve and Adam at Felker. The shop was organized and clean, the customer service excellent, and good consideration of our equipment (like using coupler locks when not in the service bay) was given. We needed a new axle put on our 2010 Scamp travel trailer (we provided the axle) with some special circumstances as we currently live full-time in it with our cat and we were leaving for extended travel soon. It turned out to be a bigger job than Scamp had told us might be, with a lot of cutting and welding, plus repairing a backing plate that was damaged in shipping, but they still finished it for us in one day! When we picked it up they took the time to go over everything they did, torque specs, maintenance, etc. Really appreciated their time and knowledge. It can be hard to find honest shops that communicate well and charge appropriate prices. We highly recommend them for your trailer repair needs! Thank you all for your help!

Charged me 2 hours of shop labor ($240) to read code off my snowmobile (5 min task). Used to think they were good guys and recommended to several friends but honestly can’t anymore. Over charging customers and then lying about hours spent. Not a good look.

Great shop where Adam, Aaron and Steve are extremely customer satisfaction driven. I'm a first-time trailer owner and needed a broken Tractor Supply trailer hinge repaired (it broke). Steve quoted a fair price explaining in detail what needed to happen. Aaron asked about the last time the axle was serviced. It hadn't since I bought the trailer. He shook the tires and noted "too much" play, indicating bearings and seals needed maintenance. He also pointed out a bald tire that they could replace, as well as replace broken taillight with LED taillights. I never felt rushed or pushed into a service. They completed the work in the time estimated. The final bill was almost a hundred dollars less than what was estimated. Very courteous and down to earth crew.
