Absolutely love Vanessa Ceo! She helped me out with some very last minute tasks that were handled quickly and efficiently, that you do not see at other banks! Her communication was phenomenal and she is always a joy to work with. I don’t know how much this girl is getting paid, but I can tell you it isn’t enough for her amazing efforts and outstanding outcomes, every time! I don't know what has happened to banking in this country, but this is another sample of banking gone wrong! I just opened an account with this bank and sure enough, their online website is total c**p, I could not even login to their online system, until they "approved" my request for online banking services, that was on 6/10/2022, and I've never heard back from their since. The nameless, faceless wreak of a "website" is.....? Go somewhere else!

I am a new customer and I have been to this branch twice. Both times the staff here were kind, considerate and helpful. I specifically worked with Garrett both times and he is a stellar example of how banking customers should be treated. The teller inside the bank gave me the opposite information than the information the hotline folks gave me. You’d think they’d be on the same page being from the same bank. I’m disappointed in the customer service I just received inside this bank. Especially for someone who has just opened an account, I’d expected my business would’ve been appreciated a little more and I’d at least have been greeted upon entry and thanked when I left but didn’t even receive that.

On May 1, 2020, this branch accepted a grossly stale, 11 year old check dated 4/01/2009 for $1,100.00. This check was written by me for a security deposit by their customer for a rental home in Denver. Upon showing up to the home, it was in such shambles that I opted out and their customer cancelled the transaction assuring me that the check would be shredded. I contacted First Bank and while they have apologized that this check never should’ve been allowed as its against their policy to accept stale dated checks, they also indicated that they would be happy to reimburse the money if my bank simply “returned” the check. Wells Fargo has refused to do this and I contacted First Bank again and they have indicated there is nothing they can do. So... First Bank has taken responsibility for a grossly stale dated check being accepted but won’t step up and reimburse my money and my own bank has indicated that it is in their policy that they “may” honor stale dated checks but do have discretion to return them. The check was 11 YEARS OLD!! It sad that both banks know that is is an easily rectified situation and no one is willing to step up and do the right thing...

I thought the point of mobile deposits would be faster service just to be told “I’m not 100% if you’ll see half or all of your deposit today, but you will definitely get the full amount tomorrow but if you’re that concerned about your money you should just go into the branch”

We switched from Wells Fargo and are extremely happy about the service we receive from FirstBank. It is so refreshing to call the branch and be able to talk to an actual person instead of being pushed to the automated system.

I only had experience with one employee at this bank, Dawn, and she was completely wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went far above and beyond all expectations to make sure I got what I needed.
