The associate that helped me was great but I witnessed another customer not getting the best service from another associate. Probably need to be aware of other customers around your store so these things are not noticed

Last week I had numerous problems with my Ipad. Spencer was the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. His expertise in solving problems was above and beyond what I expected and in my opinion is an indispensable employee.
