Goodwill Store & Donation Center in Colorado is dedicated to helping over 125,000 people each year by providing job training, employment services, and skills development programs. With nearly 50 locations, the organization supports communities through donations and shopping. The stores offer affordable goods, including brand-name clothing like Adidas, Nike, and Sketchers, as well as craft supplies and electronics. Customers often find the store clean, well-organized, and more inviting than other branches, with friendly staff ready to assist. However, some reviews mention that items are overpriced, reflecting a trend seen in many second-hand stores. There are concerns about the removal of fitting rooms, making trying on clothes inconvenient, and questions about return policies, especially for shoes, which some find unclear or dishonest. Customers also note that the store's front pothole has remained unfixed for months. One reviewer praised the store's cleanliness and helpful employees, calling it the best Goodwill around and comparing it to a boutique. There is some frustration expressed about the ongoing round-up donation requests, which some feel are excessive and unnecessary, especially given economic conditions. Overall, the store is appreciated for its good selection, helpful staff, and cleaner environment, despite some areas for improvement.
Long story short, it's going downhill. All the clothing I looked at buying today had stains but we're priced between $6-$12 per item. I'm seeing a lot more damaged items, wondering if it's the way they are being handling in the back? And, some items marked higher than the original price tag.

They have worked hard to reorganize the store and it is very nice. They removed changing rooms because of the excessive shoplifting, but I take items home to try on and can take some time to decide if it's something I want to keep.
