Just got off the phone with customer service. The lady said her Name was Macy like the store, but I'm not sure which independent bank works at. She was friendly, extremely helpful and kind to me when I got locked out of my account. I love this bank and they always have my back

Absolutely the BEST service of any local bank. This branch has made the transition from Guaranty Bank and is back on track with 10 Star performance on a 5 Star scale. Jayme met and exceeded every expectation. She set up 5 new accounts, merging online access to get them all in one place, and coordinating statement cut off dates to our requests and not the bank mandated dates. We can't say enough about Jayme and the entire staff for their friendly helpful service.

This is the third time I received terrible service at this location. Slow is not even the word for it. 3 people working the teller stations and only 1 had a clue as to what to do. Now that Bank of America is in Colorado I will be closing my account and moving it all to my B of A account.

So Independent Bank absorbed my bank, and their service has gone downhill since. Overseas purchases I've done hundreds of times before the merge get flagged as fraudulent now. Their fraud centet will leave me a voicemail when I'm at work (even after I've stated multiple times that I prefer texts because I'm not able to listen to voice mails at work) and when I get out I find out that my card is blocked, and the back branches are closed.

I have been regularly going to the Independent Bank branch at 1401 S Taft Ave in Loveland, Colorado for over two years. Each time I arrive I am always greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner, everyone remembers my name and genuinely seems like they care how I am doing and if I need anything. Whenever I have questions about my accounts the staff always gives me their full attention and promptly takes care of whatever I need. I highly recommend Independent Financial and have found this same level of high quality customer service at every branch in Loveland and Fort Collins. I love how I can call them during business hours and easily speak to someone and get the information I need.

Do not do business with this company, they bought out a bank and cancelled contracts at their wilp and demand the account be satisfied, who does business this way?

Our bank was bought out by independent. I am usually one to give things a chance. Well for the last month and half, I have had to call customer service every time I get paid and ask where is my paycheck. I called on Monday and was told it would be in there by Tuesday. Tomorrow will be Friday and it will be an entire week after my paycheck and still nothing! My husband and I live paycheck to paycheck. I am very frustrated at this point and when I get home I will be ending my services with you guys when I return home. I shouldn't have to call and ask every time I get paid. This is unacceptable.

I never got the debit card they supposedly sent me two months ago before they became Independent Bank. I called them, and the woman I spoke with was pretty useless. I have to wait another 7-10 business days to get another card. I called another location today to see if they could tell me if there's tracking or something on the card. Unfortunately, not, but the person I spoke with was very nice and informed me that the employee that reordered the card could have set up expedited shipping. I would have gotten the card within a few days. Very frustrating. I'd avoid this location, the other ones in Loveland are way nicer. Currently seeking out a new bank. Independent Bank just doesn't seem promising.

very poor online communication. Will not accept my password I used for Guaranty Bank. I can not access my account and have been blocked. I live in Mexico and might have to make the expensive trip to Colorado just to straighten out this mess.....and will change banks while I am there. Horrid service.

I wish I could post this review to the masses. Independent bank, not this location, fired entire staffs of 12 banking locations in Colorado and Texas. They eliminated 24 hour customer service and claims that it is an effort to improve customer service. I guess the filthy rich can call spades hearts, and smile as they fire more people they've never even met. I want to support the hard working bankers in my community. Corporate America supports tiny fractions of the population of our country. While the majority struggle check to check. Liberate the oppressed. We collectively can remedy this. I'm not one to lead, but am one who can accomplish an objective.
