The management team and maintenance crew are both stellar. Savannah in the front office is also an absolute gem of a human being!

I've lived at three apartment complexes in the past ten years, and Heron Pointe has, by far, the friendliest and most helpful office staff of all of them. Both Savannah and Kent have been nothing but kind and easy to work with. Even when I made a mistake and should have had my move in date postponed, they were willing to help me pick up the pieces and still help everything move forward. The apartment itself is nice, well-maintained, and comfortable. I am happy to be here and very grateful to the office staff for making it happen smoothly.

Heron Point Apartments are a great price. The units are nice and the onsite management great. Vintage leasing company gets a bad rap but they treated me more than fair and helped me resolve an issue they honestly don't have to so for that I say thank you!

Managers are a rotating door of unprofessional people, they give out keys to contractors, don't tell you when/who is coming, and they let themselves in whether you're dressed or not. These are people not directly hired by Heron Pointe (no background checks or records), they don't know them from any random person and they are giving them a key to your place and refuse to tell you when they will be entering or why.

I highly recommend NOT renting here, unless you desperately need a roof over your head. This place is the epitome of corporate America. They will micromanage you tooth and nail about everything. If you have a pet, they will nickel and dime you with every little thing and you should expect to pay the ultimate price at the end, your deposit does not go toward anything. The apartment complex was cheaply made and built super fast, the walls are paper thin I could hear my neighbors conversations. Our apartment had water damage on the ceiling within a few months of living there, and the appliances put in the apartment starting breaking within a year. Our apartment was brand new when we moved in, it just shows how cheaply they built the complex. They also had to redo the parking lot pavement within one year because it was put in so poorly. Parking is very difficult here, if you come home after 7pm, you will not find a spot. If you park in the dashed lined spots, they will sticker your car and threaten to tow you. I also believe the foundation is settling because our door stopped shuting without force, after about a year. There is dog poop everywhere through the complex, no one picks up after their animals. The entire Heron Pointe staff was turned over within the first 6-8 months we lived there. One of the leasing agents was super rude and had no customer service skills. Vintage actually did something correct and fired her. I saw 3 people in her position in the 2 years we lived there, they can't keep employees.Vintage has built multiple complexes in Northern Colorado over the last several years, Heron Pointe is only one of several places you need to avoid. Since all these complexes were built so poorly and cheap, they make their tenants pay the price. Please read through the reviews, they are true and accurate.

I don’t even know where to begin. Thought this place was great when we first moved in. But look out when you move out. Charging us over $1,000 for “repairs” and “cleaning”. When we moved out they gave us a ridiculous list for what cleaning had to be done. My favorite was “no fingerprints on the light switches or doorknobs”. Like come on. We had 7+ people cleaning our apartment for over 10 hours. My husband called and they stated that “most people don’t clean and follow the list”. So, they charge us anyway? It makes me wonder if they even checked to see if it was cleaned before charging us. We asked for itemized receipts which they never got back to us with until my husband had to call three weeks later to ask for them. Finally got them and they charged an insane amount for things that were “broken” when they were not. I could go on and on. My recommendation, don’t move here. Even their corporate office doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Heron Pointe is absolutely a wonderful apartment complex! I moved across the country landing on this gem and the staff met all my needs for my first home away from home. I even arrived early, they were not ready for me, but understood my situation and made it work for me allowing me to move in early. I was so beyond thankful for their understanding. The apartments are clean, white walls ( not that ugly tan color) the appliances had minor issues here and there but the maintenance man, Michael is the MVP of Heron Pointe! He came right away, very professional and has been working there the longest. He deserves a raise for sure. My favorite part about Heron Pointe is not only the amazing pool but the neighborhood feel living on the 3400 Woodcock Street side. I felt safe living near families and being able to take walks around the neighborhood with beautiful scenic views of the mountains and the horse farms. Additional bonus is this complex is affordable!

This company is into some pretty odd business practices to say the least. During our stay they would enter our apartment and when we asked if they could call us and give us a heads up they said they don’t have to and won’t. This is really scary since they give master keys to all the contractors who aren’t vetted or hired by the main company. The office staff ranged from hostile to confused. The maintenance man is nice though extremely overworked. We asked them to fix the safety lights and in the year we were there they never fixed them. They couldn’t afford to fix the lights, pay for someone to pick up all the dog poop or keep the clubhouse/gym clean but bought new golf carts for the staff to ride around in.This place is rapidly falling apart. I really wouldn’t recommend moving here.

I used to love living here in 2021. We just recently upgraded to a 2 bedroom last month. When I got home from work the other day, I noticed my lights were left on and a couple of items from my cabinets were taken out and left on my counter. I was NEVER informed that anyone was going to be entering my apartment AT ALL. I’m extremely frustrated especially at the fact that I have a dog whom is very old and blind and was probably confused and scared. There was also NO note informing us that they were even here, which freaked me out even more. The only reason I figured out why they came into my apartment was because they left their manual on how to set up a microwave and a long metal piece was left in the middle of my living room floor. I felt very uncomfortable with it and I’m confused why they even entered my apartment to change a microwave that worked perfectly fine? I left them an email the night it happened and called them the next day after not getting a response back. When we spoke on the phone, I felt like I didn’t even get a sincere apology. I could tell she had already read the email because she knew exactly which part was left on my carpet floor when I pointed it out over the phone call.

Despite the high turnover from the management team the new team here has been nothing but wonderful. Nicole is extremely attentive and thorough she's been very helpful with my transfer and answering any questions I have had. Savannah the new leasing agent is very friendly and easy to talk to! She has made resigning my lease a breeze. Michael on the maintenance team is extremely helpful. Our air-conditioning wasn't working and after calling he brought over fans and got our air-conditioning working again within a few days. I came into the main office one day to ask a question and the new manager Mary was quick to introduce herself and answer my question! Mary is very friendly and understanding. She has been extremely transparent and answers any questions over email within the hour. The property area is a quiet place to live. The residents are friendly and the property is well maintained. I'm excited for the new teams success moving forward.

Highly don’t recommend moving here. Staff was extremely rude, and forced me to pay for another month of rent despite me moving out before the next month. As well as they lie and say that they hand out packets and vacating notices, but fail to deliver, they are classic scammers. Took them three times to type up my lease right, and on top of that attempted to overcharge for rent. Worst experience.

Management is awful. Read the other reviews and know it doesn’t even begin to explain how terrible they are. Rude, uncommunicative, unprofessional. Apartments are fine but it’s not worth it to deal with the staff go anywhere else!

Tried to nickel and dime when moving out didn’t comply with the 60 days to tell us what we owed they also changed their carpet policy half way into the lease without any notice to any residents. We sent a certified letter from our attorney for an itemized bill they never responded was informed not to worry because they didn’t comply with terms and sent the bill 5 months later that wasn’t itemized and now I have debt collectors calling me/ credit dropping monthly but I refuse to pay 2 grand for new carpet when they told me they put in used carpets

I highly recommend not moving here. To be clear, it used to be decent. The office management was on top of everything super friendly and always on time. Then they switched their whole staff and now I absolutely hate this place. I made the mistake of signing a second lease for a different unit and we've been here for over a year and a half and the amount of b******* that we have had to deal with since just August alone is absolutely unreal. From important paperwork getting lost multiple times rent checks getting lost not providing damage fees within 60 days and then trying to charge an insane amount and an extremely unprofessional leasing manager this place has turned into a nightmare. I cannot wait to leave. The fact that I've had to go to corporate office MULTIPLE times in Greeley to get things settled is outrageous and I am not the only one. Not to mention parking issues, the new side has serious foundation issues, increasing rent by hundreds, the list goes on and on.
