My personal vehicle was run into and I had to find a rental thru my insurance. I had no transportation and was told that they didn't do deliveries. They were only open until 3 during the weekdays and not on the weekends. While the rental process went relatively smoothly, the vehicle was filthy- I couldn't see thru the windows because of all the air conditioning film, the seats and steering wheel were filthy. It seemed as though someone attempted to clean the car with air freshener- and as a person who is very sensitive to fragrance, I immediately had headaches every time I was in the car.As for the engine itself, it guzzled gas and the throttle was almost non existent. As a 'mid size' vehicle, I was disappointed to pay extra for a car that couldn't even 'get moving' without flooring it and wasting even more gas. The heater was only active if the engine was in high gears and running that way for at least 10 minutes. In Colorado in the wintertime, this was a joke. I didn't feel safe in the car and returned it as soon as possible.

Poor customer service. While I may use Hertz in the future, it will never be this location again.

Great people went in to rent because of mechanical issues, They were helpful, and renting them was a breeze... Would definitely them again... if ya need to rent , oveland Hertz is a good bet.

Always a great experience at this location. I have been a patron multiple times and I am always pleased with how quick and seamless the transaction is. Shamar is always super friendly and very customer service focused.

Had to change here car during my trip for a damage.Great staff and wonderful service, in around 5 minutes all paper work was done.

I rented from Hertz two months ago and my price was $138 for the week. Today the lowest available is $375. When I called and asked why it had almost tripled in the last two months, he said, "It's just like airline prices, they change every day." When I questioned an almost 300% spike in two months, he got very rude. I've always used Hertz and will NOT be using this location ever again.

Great time with my rental. The employee was super nice and helpful. I had no issues with car during my entire stay. Would definitely rent from this location again in the future.

Manager is very personable, car was clean and was great for the week cruising in the Rockies with my dog. This hertz location will be my first choice if I need to rent a car in the future.

My boyfriend and I had to drop off a rental late at night on Monday, we both had to be at work very early the next day. We had cleared everything with Carlos ahead of time and were told to leave the key in the drop box after parking the car. We received a voicemail at 3 pm (right when they close) on Tuesday stating that we had not dropped off the key and would receive a large charge for “a new key to be made” (At this time Carlos did not know that I had come with Camden to drop off the car and key). I went in person on Wednesday to talk to Carlos about the charge and let him know that I was there and saw Camden put the key in the drop box. Carlos immediately got shifty eyed and very defensive. He raised his voice at me repeatedly throughout the conversation and told me “you can flap your mouth all you want” and told me over and over that I was lying. I don’t know for sure if Carlos even checked the box - perhaps he knew the keys had been there the whole time - either way, the way he handled the original phone call and my later complaint was completely unprofessional. I have never been spoken to in the manner Carlos chose to speak to me. I am really shaken up and I really hope something is done about this. I filed a formal complaint with Hertz … I guess we will see if anything comes of it.

Carlos needs a reality check. If anyone chose to manage a business with the attention to detail and customer service skills that he has, they would surely fail. I genuinely hope that the parent company realizes they need to make some changes. I’m sure they’re hemorrhaging customers due to this man and the sloppy, embarrassing way he conducts himself. Fool me once.

Have extra time and money? Get ghosted by Hertz rental car in Loveland. Even with a few days lead time and texts confirming your rental you'll still meet new friends who were also lead to a locked up building in a dirt lot and zero cars. After rushing to a second (Avis) car rental, I found myself with more time to try and reach anyone at Hertz for a refund. Total time 3 hours and counting.

This is the WORSE Car Rentals EVER... NO ONE showed Over waiting over a hour and a half.. Called CORP and they asked if I would like to CANCEL and had no Solutions for or CARS Available... DO NOT RENT from here or Hertz

No one was there. We had to call and get the reservation moved to a different location. What a waste of time for people that can’t be bothered to come into work.

They aren't actually open right now but still accepting reservations. They don't tell you they are closed in any way either. I ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes for a reservation and ended up having to walk to Enterprise instead. I won't be renting from Hertz.
