Have to say I was beyond impressed/pleased with the helpful attitudes from most if not all the employees. Everyone was friendly & asked me if I needed help & or direction. I was able to get in and out a lot quicker. I've always experienced good service at this location & that is why I make sure to stop at this location over the location in the town that I live. Thank you 😊

I was able to find help. She was nice. Checkout was good.
I also found a new item that is quite nice. I have three locations in my place that have pull chain lights. They just don’t last. Usually the chain fails. Yesterday, the plumber broke the old one in the tiny attic where the furnace and hot water heater live. I replaced that one with the usual cheapie because it gets used so rarely. The little closet under the stairs got the upgraded led light which has a lower profile and three light quality settings. The pull chain feels smoother.

I was a little nervous coming here because I saw mixed reviews on costumer service, but I couldn't have had a better experience! Dennis helped me from the moment I walked into the door to pick out lumber and took extra effort to cut all the pieces in a way I could get the most use out of them. He was also great to chat with! Thanks so much!!

I was just in this store why is it that when you ask a worker who is just standing around doing nothing for help they tell you "uh i dunno where that is". I went to 2 people fist time the older guy asked his co worker who was just standing the talking to another vo worker and said "hey do you know what isle this would be on" his co workers response was "uhhh......somewhere on a back shelf" then continued to talk. I asked a lady where the second thing i needed was she was very nice and helpful its the older guy she had with us who was just in a cranky mood. So in the span of 15 minutes of me being in this store I had 2 Guys who didn't know and a helpful lady. Everyone's mood as a worker in that store is not fun to deal with either. So next time ill just wank around look on my phone for the home depot website for the loveland location and get the Isle location and number instead of dealing with these weird unhelpful people.

The most unhelpful paint desk out of any Home Depot I shop. Im a Local small scale paint company which has their “PRO” account that also frequently uses Home Depot paint and materials. The last two days stopped here to grab materials. Both employees I talked to were standoffish and short. Simple questions are responded with such an attitude. Would not recommend. For the rest of this project I will be going to Sherwin Williams, I will happily eat the cost for half decent customer service.

This home depot is by far the best I have been to the staff is incredibly helpful and kind.
Im a disabled woman with a toddler and was struggling with getting my items to the front of the store when an amazing employee named bud helped me not only get my items but he helped me get to the check out and to my car all well being incredibly friendly and helpful.
Bud was fantastic!! I will definitely be back to this home depot.

Went In for two items, left with six. That seems to be the only real difficulty I encounter here.
Wide variety of home-repair/improvement supplies available in-store. Good selection of Major Kitchen appliances, almost any desired appliance/cabinet/countertop/flooring or upgraded anything can be ordered. Less comprehensive stock in store perhaps than Lowes, but similar pricing.
Large Free parking lot, wheelchair/handicap spaces nearest the accessible entrance.
Employees seem quite knowledgable about the stock generally, and about as helpful as one could hope for.
Clean public restrooms and a water fountain on the West Wall.

I made it to almost 30 years old without having to go to Home Depot by myself but I finally did it and the staff was super helpful and friendly
