have been using Irene as my CPA for years now, this year was my first experience with her new company InK and her new associate Kita. I was impressed! I couldn't be happier with the personalized service, quick turnaround, and the ease of getting my taxes done completely electronically. The portal on the website made getting my documents to InK and my taxes signed and filed a breeze! All my questions were answered and my taxes for this year are already filed. I had spoken with Irene earlier last year to get advice on how many I should claim on my W-4 and how much extra to have my employer withhold because I was consulting for part of the year, her estimate was spot on. No surprise tax bill! And I love the clear, upfront pricing posted on the website, so no surprise bills there either.
