This store is a great place to look, when you need to find that one item other stores are missing.

I love Jax on West Eisenhower in Loveland. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Greg goes out of his way to help me every time I come in as I am a do it yourself ranch woman. Greg always heads me in the right direction. I pick up my feed and quick fix materials at Jax!!

What a great staff at this store. I've shopped at other locations, but my experience at this store was really nice. They did everything to help without being over bearing. I'll choose this store if I need something special in the future.

Customer service sucks, no one willing to help you find an item. We told them the specific item we wanted shows in stock at this location and kept getting passed around where no one was willing to stop and help us locate it instead we got the answer of “online is wrong”. Don’t shop here.

I went to the Jax location in West Loveland at the old Kmart. I was going there to buy a trailer because their online inventory is terrible and doesn’t show what they actually have at the location. I found three trailers that there I was considering, two of them were Karavan 6x12 and one Temco. The two karavans had issues. One was missing a light and the other the four pin connection was gone. Both had a manufacturing date of 2021 so basically a model year 2022. Both had old tires that were basically two years old and the wood was weathered and sun beaten after sitting in their lot for the past two years. I couldn’t buy either one of those because they had no one to even make them roadworthy and they were not in the best condition. The Temco was very similar with a manufacturing date of 2021 so model year 2022. The tires were basically already two years old and the wood was weatherbeaten. I will say this one was the trailer I preferred and in roadworthy condition, but they were selling it as new and it came with no warranty and was selling new but “as is”, which didn’t seem right to me. Anne The manager was friendly and trying to help out, but any discounts had to done by the owner, which the owner was unwilling to do. I was really disappointed that these were old trailers even though they were selling them as new and charging new prices. They definitely were not based on their condition and needed some work, including replacement tires because of sitting in the sun and dry rot. Honestly, it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Jax lost a customer, and I will tell as many other people as I can about this poor and disappointing experience.

Lots of variety! Purchased a pair of hiking boots and some caramel popcorn! Will come back if I'm in town.

The young gentleman Noah, Back in the little critter area is amazing. His customer service is above and beyond. He also has so much patience and was really helpful. I hope that he receives that recognition. Please pass it along. Thank you Noah!!!

Just moved to a home west of Loveland and JAX is the best. As someone from the southeast, I didn't know what to expect, but it's like an REI, Tractor Supply, and Rural King rolled up into one great store. Additionally, the customer service here is the best and there's a coffee and ice cream shop inside. What's not to love?!

JAX loveland west location is just as good as the flagship fort collins site is. Archery, fishing, baby chick's and ducklings, toys snacks, clothes for everything from farming to welding to surplus military and even hiking or camping gear, or self defense and training. You could shop just here for a decade and never need more than what's in the store, you can even buy an awesome trailer for camping or military 5 ton truck. There isn't a problem here with the homeless harassing customers, Destroying the bathroom, and sleeping in the tents like the one over by Sam's club and home depot on Eisenhower. No, this one is clean and the staff of super polite, much like every store they will help you at the drop of a hat and help point you in the right direction. Tool selection is wide and rarely do I need to search long to find what I need in terms of supplies. Great store, pets welcome, kids alright 7/10 because the parking lot is terrible but inherited

Friendly staff, I've been asked if I need anything 90% of the time. Great place for work/reg clothing, shoes, pet/farm supplies. Plus they regularly give coupons in the mail or after a purchase if you are a member.

One of the worst Jax experiences I've ever had. No help what so ever and they harass honest customers about stealing things especially in the work wear department.

Last time I was here I was buying ammo, guess I spent to long looking at the diffrent types they thought I was trying to steal. 2 guys were waiting around me and "offered" to walk around with me until I'm done shopping. As a disabled vet I believe I still have some integrity left and wouldn't steal. Complete insult to me and everything I've done. I'm ashamed at their behavior.
